Working at MatCH is actual nice Team work is powerful and friendship is so important in the team. Its makes very nice working with the team. But all you dont have to be reminded is that you have to work. You can t and share jokes but you have to do all working

I am currently working with Department of health doing data monitoring and evaluation on daily bases working/ supervising data capture on their daily activities. The most challenging aspect is to manage people even though I really enjoy it because its make grow on daily bases.

Opportunity for career development

Training, mentoring and coaching of staff. Being supporting partner, I learned to be ahead of the rest at all times. Keeping up with the latest developments in the ever changing world of HIV and TB. Working relationships are good, good work ethic and professionalism.

Excellent learning curve

I work 40 hours in a week. I have a good working relationship with the other staff members. I have grown as a person looking from where i started. I enjoy working as a team and sharing ideas with the members. Working with staff that time finds it difficult to adapt to changes easily.

Great learning curve,gained experience in hiv care and management

I have gained experience in hiv/tb management and care Also gained vast experience in phlebotomy services good leadership skills good communication skills I work 7-4 shift and overtime if required I am a good team player and has great team at hand the most challenge is getting viral loads done at right time as our car collects bloods at 11am and patient has to come back the following day for bloods,ofwhich they sometimes dont come
