Good for experience

Excellent learning curve

Working at Maitland was good just the treatment from the manager was bad, sometimes you might put a race card to it from how it was. Great co workers Learnt so much more than I came in with, they give you a chance to widen your skills

Very pleasant working environment. Good colleague and willing to share experience. I have learnt a lot and how to become a professional and how to conduct myself.

Excellant learning curve

Company with great prospects, but need improved strategy and communication. Lacks proper decision making and action to implement thoughts. Renumeration is lacking and staff salaries are not keeping pace with reel inflation and lack recognition.

Excellent

environment ever again. After I qualified for my B.com Internal Audit degree in 2013, I wrote a nasty email asking him who he thinks he is to play Allah swt (God). Because at that time I was walking, talking, driving, Qualified for my degree and working @ an Accounting Firm. He replied, apologizing.....I'm glad I did not call him probably would have cursed him badly, but was grateful for the surgery...!

Pros: Work efficiently around my slight handicap
Cons: Can't do everything I use to do.

Excellent learning curve as it was my first job so everything that i know i learned it there.

Working there was a great pleasure because i had a chance to interact with different people and build a good relationship with everyone within the team i was on and others.I have learnt to be responsible and to gake charge when there is a need ,asking when i am not sure about a thing. I enjoyed every part of my job ghat time even if we were required to work until late i had no problem with that because they catered for transportation for us to be safe,also training was provided to make sure that i was fit and proper for the job.

I learnt about how to communicate with the clients and meet dead lines

It was an amazing company for me whereby i met different people with different cultures and its when the tolerance applied. The people i worked with was so special and we hard the same goal of keeping customers happy all the time. What liked the most about my job is that it was challenging and i dealt with different clients.

Learnt a lot about the investment sector

I have experience in a high profile corporate environment where I was looking after executive staff at the head office of SGM including the ones up the continent, Singapore and Australia with the time zones being different but based at Cape Town head office.
