Exellent learning curve on forever changing IT enviroment
Its a 24 hours IT OPERATION environment , learning new technology ...I enjoy meeting external & internal client. Most challenging about the job is working long hours and making sure service availability of the business is 100%

Career review
I'm currently working in a telecommunications company, I love the work that I due but due to inflation financially i'm struggling to keep up. when i started working here i had no car but now that i do its becoming a financial strain. this position is a 24 hour shift environment which i certainly do enjoy. I have learnt a lot about the telecommunications industry due to my work ethic. I am a fast learner

A typical work day is full of activities like assisting client and solving technical faults in NOC.I have learnt to work as a team and to share information. I really enjoy assisting clients. The NOC engineer post has a lot of pressure to work within customer SLA

Career Experience
My most career experience is in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Content Development and Project Co-ordination. I have worked on many projects including aNewSpring and Moodle managing the look and feel of the systems as well as maintaining both systems. I am as comfortable with systems training as I am with interpersonal communication and soft skills training. I am a hands on and very practical person, an excellent communicator, organizer, coordinator and troubleshooter. I lead by example. With a predominantly pragmatic and bottom line approach, my strengths are best utilized in a business support role and my passion in business is encouraging professionalism, a desire for life-long learning, positive personal growth.
