A hub of technical excellence with experienced, hardworking and goal orient people. We Believe in team work in solving any technical faults. A typical work day is full of activities like assisting client and solving technical faults in NOC.I have learnt to work as a team and to share information. I really enjoy assisting clients. The NOC engineer post has a lot of pressure to work within customer SLA

Manage the clients expectations.it is a place where we need to think and act fast.

I work in a high pressured environment to assure delivery of our services are met within our timelines and having to manage the clients expectations. Dealing with unexpected delays and having to provide resolutions almhdhdhdj, it is a place where we need to think and act fast. I have built many relationships throughout the company in many departments which also helps when problems arise. I have learnt to manage projects/ clients/ staff and contractors as well as our network. I enjoy getting involved in delivering of the services end to end, from liaising with the client to the planning of the service and the technology that goes with it. The most challenging part of the job is having to deal with an irate client when they require the service “yesterday” and trying to get the service live asap.

Excellent learning curve

The company is filled with a lot of vibrant people who are skilled and knowledgeable. The company does provide training courses to its employees for self-development which will also be of beneficial to the organization. The working environmental is conducive and it is zero hazardous. Safety comes first in the organization. Change is one thing that is difficult for lot of employees to adopt. However, there are workshops to teach the importance of change and also highlighting the trends of what is happening in telecommunication industry. I have learnt how to engage with everyone despite the level of position. I value respect.

Heavily involved in operations and driving results through engagements on a day-to-day ad hoc basis

Have to drive everything all the time and have to take responsibility far outside your job description in order to see results through engagement across the organisation with cross functional teams participating with opposing objectives

Exellent learning curve on forever changing IT enviroment

Its a 24 hours IT OPERATION environment , learning new technology ...I enjoy meeting external & internal client. Most challenging about the job is working long hours and making sure service availability of the business is 100%
