Great company to work
Liberty is a great company to work for there is a combination of Legacy applications and new .net Code, which has a combination of old and new employees working together for a common purpose. Typical projects, are a combination of the above, and resources are very useful and cooperative in this regards. You have a full day's of work, due to the nature of challenges that are happening all the time

Great experience
Learned a lot in the financial and insurance industry. Everyday you follow your leads and meet the the clients financial needs. The collegues were great people to work with,learned a lot from them.

Good opportunity, yet difficult to keep my head above water , working for Four Brokers
A typical workday - Would be Starting at 8 am and then working for four Brokers, I get overloaded with work and need to take work home with me , in order for everything to be done for the next day , I don’t get off days or sick leave , and I I take a off day I have to work in my hours. I Enjoy the environment, yet some people can be annoying, as when Iam very busy and they come stand by my desk. I have learnt basically everything I need to know in order to keep new business coming in , and to make sure policies are issued when it’s close off. Most challenging is to try and make sure everything is done at once , as this is expected of me , I have to assist and do everything basically at the same time , as everyone thinks Iam a robot , yes I enjoy some days , but mostly it’s difficult to keep everyone happy .

Great learning experience
Assisting walk in clients with product selection. servicing and maintaining policies. following up on queries and claims. I have learnt a great deal, has contributed enormously to my confidence. has equipped me with the skills that will help me flourish in any field. have enjoyed the unpredictability the job has come with. have learnt to be adaptable and flexible.

Development and groeth
attending to daily figures, ensure submission is done daily, update weekly target, focus on the shortfall for that week, every Friday, feedback session meeting with the team to update of the weekly activities and budget, create an informal chat group where anyone brings their brains for new ideas. ensure the team has their own platform to reflect back from previous week comparatively with the current week, i learned it gives them ownership of the business what I enjoy most that's when there is competition amongst the team members, the end up in great sales because they draw strength from each other. the most challenging thing is when the target is not reach on individuals and end up affecting the whole branch and the channel.

I completed BSc in Mathematical Science majored in Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics and Statistics at University of Limpopo. A bright, talented and self –motivated Data Analyst, who has excellent organizational skills, is highly efficient and has a good eye for detail. Adept at Mathematics, Statistics and Analytics, able to play a key role in analyzing problems and come up with creative solutions as well as producing methodologies for effective data management. I have extensive experience in analyzing large complex datasets, data migration and I have been involved in testing and validating data into new systems. Goal orientator
I work at liberty for five years and it was my first insurance company to work for and I had a lot of experience regarding sales and customer services,I have a good communication with the management and my fellow employees and we attend refreshing training skills and its been a tremendous experience to work for such big company!

Challenges andd Joys of woring at Liberty
production management techniques are used to manage the work, we look at the volumes of work daily taking into account the SLA and move resources to process the work required. I have an open an honest relationship with my team members, I am transparent and fair in my dealings with people. People are free to speak openly and always willing to trying new ways in order to improve the service. I have learnt to fine tune my communication skills and this is essential for the management of people and dealing with customers I really enjoy working closely with people and providing exceptional service to my customers. I feel currently the most challenging part of the job is ensure that you deliver a good service and making your customers and staff feel valued
