I am a strong minded individual who is self-motivated and self-managed I have various skills to make an immediate impact, I adapt to changes and am able to execute all job functionalities given remarkably well. I am an asset and give off my 100% in any task given to me, I never give up and am determined to break all limitations by exceeding to new levels, I work well with all types of characteristics and cultures. I am able to work well in any pressured environment.. I am a self-motivated and self-managed individual who has various management skills , I am able to make an immediate impact driving the company bench marks to higher levels with the ambitious mindset to be productive at all times aggressively seeking to achieve goals and determined to create a sustainable business wherever I go. Good learning experience.
I am a personal assistant to a financial advisor. I have learned to put together financial quotes and submit all business for audits. I have make appointments with existing clients and find new clients.

Review of my experience
It is an environment whereby I am always on the move in order to fulfil appointments, give financial advising, including administration. I have learned to be independent to perform well and meet targets, learned to work on monthly short term projects and to handle pressure. What I have enjoyed is the flexibility of working environment with self time management. it is a place with friendly colleagues and my most challenging aspects with my job is income fluctuation, commission based. Some income production factors can be totally out of my control.

Exelent learning curve
Working at my company is the best, i work as a team and always assist co workers where in need. I have learnt the values and products of the company and always work well in a team.I do my normal working duties and also do the MI for the region.Making decisions and puting myself in the clients shoes

Great Employer with a great culture
A good employer with great benefits. s There are some critical learning areas for HR still to ensure best practice. The work culture is appealing and flexible as it allows for flexibility in the way people work with no rigid locations and approaches to work. I have not only learnt that there is so much power in team based work and that oganisations stand to gain a lot in terms of employee engagement levels if they nurture them. what I enjoy most is the relationships and interactions I have with people in the organization as well ac the strong relations I have forged over the years. The most challenging aspect of the job is instilling in management that, the relationship with employees is their accountability with HR supporting them in managing the relationship

Excellent Leaning Curve
I am currently working for Liberty I love it. I am meeting new and different people. My duties are to give advise to client on how our life covers, Investments and Retirement Annuities work and hear what their needs and wants and them help them select the right cover for them.
Pros: Great opportunity for learning a new industry and meeting people and great way of expanding your business

Learning curve
Configuring every PC related issue that can be configured through remote desktop. Guiding users through on how to change Liberty Life applications password. Add user to Liberty Life domain. Log all hardware related calls and assign them to the relevant departments. Improve information sharing and decrease team stress by building teamwork. Build analysts’ skills and meet skill requirements by coordinating with higher level agents and Management. Accomplish agent skill building through training and coaching.

Hard worker
A typical workday will comprise of having to ensure that my daily target is met and I have assessed the consultants in a fair way as that of TCF standards. I get along with my colleagues, there is a level of respect, I'm funny and always bring a smile in people's faces. Team work is important as it ensures that the company's strategies are aligned and adhered to. I can request assistance from my colleagues which makes it easy for consistency. With my current post I have learnt that it is important to stand your ground especially when disputes arise, stick to my facts and go over and above what is expected of me. Dealing with a diversity of people, I get to coach them and encourage them to be better people personally and during their work. The most challenging aspect about my job is people not understanding what QA is about and they have a negative attitude towards you and not improving even when you give them the support they need.
Pros: achieving personal goals, growing career wise.
Cons: Having to put extra hours should I be behind with my work
