Learning and rewarding work experience
Very good business experience and target oriented and customer focused . the workforce is young and this gives the organization an edge because the workforce is flexible and easy to accept new challenges and new ways of doing things and this is very critical in the computer edge , my experience has been always looking for better ways of doing things to improve productivity, reduce operations costs, meeting the needs of the customers which are always changing. The most interesting experience has been project management because at every time each manager is required to do projects aligned to the business strategic objectives and it has been a rewarding experience to contribute to the organization growth in terms of attaining its strategic objectives ,and this can also be challenging because the business environment is constant changing and competition is very high ways changing

Learning to remain Agile
Professional, my innate ability to adapt, change and grow has helped me in remaining agile. Working in such a fast-paced, yet fun and highly energized environment is what keeps me motivated. Work, clients, multitasking
Hectic file count, Excellent relationship with my colleagues, I have learnt to be very patient and accept fault so that the client becomes happy, I enjoy working on my files, respond to calls, emails while consulting at the same time is the most hectic file count, Excellent relationship with my colleagues, I have learnt to be very patient and accept fault so that the client becomes happy, I enjoy working on my files, respond to calls, emails while consulting at the same time is the most difficult thing to do but we manage to adapt to that multitasking and it is the most difficult thing to do but we manage to adapt to that multitasking.

Great learning curve
I was nice working for the company. Our management team was great and we as colleagues built awesome relationships. I've learned a lot from the company, but what I enjoyed the most was the great team spirit the company has.

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent learning curve
In my job i've learnt to to work with different group of people, i also lernt to be good in time Management, like the fact that Legalwise tought me well when it come to presatations. I really like to explore cz we were travelling a lot in order for us to reach the Target market The challenging part was when sales are at stake and we have to reach target fast

Excellent Learning Experience
Legalwise is a great company to grow and develope yourself when starting out in a legal career outside of the courts. It exposes you to different aspects of the law as well as enabling you with the tools to develope administratively. There is minimal growth after the point where I am at as most people in higher positions tend not to leave. The salary expectation is also not in line with the amount of work involved in day to day activities. You have to be driven and motivated and hard working in order to succeed here.
