I'm excellent in communication and putting clients first.
At Legal wise I was an Inbound and Outbound sale's agent. I had a daily target to reach in order to make a monthly commission. I had to make a 180 dials a day in order to reach daily target. I had a good relationship with my co-workers,we would always motivate each other to keep positive. We had weekly incentives and we had fun as a team. My supervisor would always motivate us and always kept us with a positive mindset.

Great stepping stone
I am ambitious, highly efficient, multi- skilled individual, who possesses an LLB degree and is an admitted attorney. I possess a vast wealth of knowledge and have established a record of providing my employers with positive outcomes. I am quick learner who can adjust to new environments and can absorb new situations and communicate clearly and efficiently with both professionals and members of the public. I am constantly focused on resolving legal issues in the most effective methods possible and I always look for ways to evolve processes. I am presently looking for a position that provides a high level of job satisfaction, the start of a challenging career with an ambitious and high-profile company that offers genuine opportunity for progression.

Excellent learning curve for undergraduate
Legalwise is a good sector for undergraduate: to gain experience; in my current position I have learned to prepare court documents such as Motions; Divorce; Pre-trial documents; also to follow up on cases from Attorneys; update the member.
Pros: awesome opportunity
Cons: 8 hours a day

Growth
A company worth working for in a junior phase with the ability to grow but limited opportunities for senior management role.Patience has been the most important part of my growth within the company but want to go further than my current position.I deal with people daily and it is a challenging aspect because of the diversity.

Excellent legal skills
I am a highly competent Advocate, with exceptional Legal Advisory skills, working as an Advocate, Member of the board of trustees, member of the finance committee, was once an assistant Director and deputy director. I’m am focused and target driven with good negotiation skills and have the ability to ensure compliance within the legal framework

Excellent learning curve.
Legalwise is a good company besides the fact there there is no growth or prosperity. Legalwise is well known and is known for the culture they endorse in. Legalwise and the benefits are good but the fact there is no growth doesn't make it worthwhile.

Excellent learning curve.
Legalwise is a good company but I'm looking for growth. There is no room for improvement once you in a position there. I am studying and I want a job that is going to allow me to grow in the financial sector.

Learning curve and gainning experience
I love working with people and I enjoy work with people who are on the same vision for the company, I do everything to make the company successful production, I can motivate when my team is down and fast learner. I can work uderpresure and long hours if necessary

Excellent learning curve
I started wrking as branch admin but through Legalwise i managed to work my way up through internal bursaries and internal courses. I consult with clients on day to day basis but the challenging part is that files also flow in eveyday through the call centre so there is no keeping up interms of finishing your job on time and everyday. One has to juggle around for assessments but at the end you end up straining yourself, there is also not enough growth as to where I am it mean i must wait for management to resign in order to get a promotion. Tis job teaches one high customer service level and i am able to work with or without supervision. I therefore need growth and better compensation and change and i have 11 years working i the company.

Excellent learning curve
As a sales agent I have a target of 11sales a day and a compliment of 180 sales per month to qualify for commission and I have a strong personal and professional relationship with my co worker and I have learned so much from dealing with angry members and on how to handle them. I enjoy when I am closing them as well as company of my co worker.The most challenging aspect is when there are enough leads and we are still required to meet our Target.
