Excellent leaning curve an i need growth
These no growth for me anymore and its far from where i stay for the pasy 4 years i havent got salary increase but am still loyal to the company inspite of the treatment i got the stuff member are really great people and i really enjoy my day in day out

Good in development
Its a nice environment, managers, supervisors and general employees work hand in hand to reach a goal. Colleagues have a teamwork spirit and senior staff are always guiding the new employees. I have learnt that communication is imperative in a workplace, it helps to understand each other so that we can reach our goal as a team. Working as a Debt Collector, I enjoy when I the hard work I put in pays off. The most challenging aspect is when Debtors raises a dispute and you have to solve the query and still have to convince the Debtor to make payment.

A very good experience
It's a small company but well established I have built a good relationship they train us on daily bases To be target driven ,patience, to learn everyday and being a team worker Their working hours are flexible but we make sure we work hard Their salary is a challenge

Learning curve
Working at Landau has been an experience and an eye opener. Constantly learning new things in order to improve. I believe Landau's staff contributed to me being were i am-with my work.

Excellent learning curve, provided me with experience
Landau attorneys is a good company to work for however there is a limit in receiving incentives. you will never be made to feel appreciated. No matter how hard you work, there is a limitation in receiving incentives for team leaders. Nothing is guaranteed in this company, tomorrow you might and they just give you a new team and switch your agents without your knowledge.
Pros: You are really provided with experience.
Cons: no bonus, no defferred commission, can change your team anytime.

Customercare team work and resoving debtor quiries answear in bount call
im working at customer care on inbound resolving quiries and advising debtors about they problems with accounts and we also work on basic plus commision and working as a team and in also working shifts
Pros: is to answear calls and assist every one calling
Cons: we meen difficult debtors who will be screeming and dont want to lesson but you have to be calm and assist.

Love working with people and willing to learn new things
I work a early hour shift where i get to listen to calls and train different teams. I work in a team of five and i get along well with my co-workers. i have learned that everyone has different attitude and one has to learn to adapt to all of them so that you can have a good working relationship.I enjoy giving training to new agents starting with the company. what is challenging for me is when am giving training on an old agent and they do not agree to your findings and they are giving you attitude and they refuse to sign their score cards.
Pros: Track progress of an agent, pin point where the agent can improve
Cons: Having to work extra hours so that you can be up to date

Good work experience
I have learned to work under pressure. I have gained leadership skills also. Their working environment is good for first time employees There are some mentorship programmes we attend every month, to let us know one another.

Excellent learning curve
It's a good company and you learn a lot and the environment was okay. The daily incentives for reaching targets was also a bonus and it kept everyone motivated to do their best at all times
