Learnt about every aspect of the business
It was a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the running and planning of the business as I was reporting and advising all management levels from small team leaders all the way to the directors themselves. No day was typical, every day was an adventure in problem solving and empowering junior managers to make more and better informed decisions that were data driven and often automated. I was also involved in on boarding new technologies like SSRS and a chat bot as well as improving the recruitment process and internal training program. The hardest part of the job was a combination of convincing managers to take risks and trust what the Data was saying as well as explaining exactly what the data was saying and what it wasn't. I really enjoyed seeing people using new systems and processes I developed to speed up and improve their daily operations.

I have learnt allot from Landau Attornerys
My experience with Landau Attorneys has been overwhelming the colleagues there are awesome to work with and as a customer care agent i have learnt allot about dealing with queries, leasing with clients via email and receiving calls for debtors to make payment arrangements. I've been voted top performer my for the last 4 months and i'm just looking for something a bit more challenging and different to do. Basically i need growth. Kind Regards Aaron Lenjanga

I learned a lot about custome service and team work
Long working hours with pressure from team leaders. Great opportunity for promotions.i also experienced a lot of racism while I was still there. Favouritsm from team leaders. Great environment if you wanna gain work experience and there's lot of team work amongst employees. There's lot of team cohesion.

I love earning new ventures at work and generaly
I am a hard working person who love to take challenge. I love pushing my self to the limit. I can work underpresure. I can also work with out supervision. I like working with groups and i can work independently.

Good learning experience
Working as a debt collector at Landau Attorneys is work ethically, with great team building. Working with co-workers is more exciting and builds up a team spirit of encouragement. I have learnt that positive mindset leads to great achievements and I enjoy working with different people with different cultures. The most challenging aspects of the job is reaching the target you are assigned to achieve as an agent, but nevertheless, working hard and dedication towards your work leads a great success in your job.

I possess quite a lot of transferable skills and abilities. I am well versed in MS office application and databases (computer literate) and good customer service. I am a focused individual eager to manage the adverse situations calmly and go that extra mile to get the job done and can work well with a team or alone without being supervised.

I would like to work for a company that appreciates the work of its employees. And reward them
Start at 8:30. Listen to collections calls for quality. Prepare reports. Coach other agents on how to collect. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers . I now know how to collect, I enjoy the daily coaching sessions because I learn a lot from them.

Excellent leaning curve an i need growth
These no growth for me anymore and its far from where i stay for the pasy 4 years i havent got salary increase but am still loyal to the company inspite of the treatment i got the stuff member are really great people and i really enjoy my day in day out
