Working at Land Bank has high degree of job satisfaction and employee perform better and effective. Employee talk positive about Land Bank, there is a culture of team spirit, helping each other to achieve one strategic goal, employees go beyond normal expectation of their job. There is a trust employees and employer. The production is high due to staff working together.

Passion
Have great passion in assisting in the growth and development of people, especially young graduates coming into the development finance industry. The Land Bank is doing great work in the agricultural sector regarding development of small black farmers.

Am good in communication, respect, humble and innocent
I only work monday to fridaty, and overtime if neccessary i enjoy work as a tean , as it helps to learn more from different people I learnt to worl without supervision and also enjoy guidence from above I enjoy working with my managers because i learnt more things from them and work without supervision The most challeng if when we deal with external client, it make me strong because i know they are the one who make our business to be stronger and also make my kids to get food everyday

Great place to work.
Working at land bank requires one to have good personal and communication skills, it also requires one to be able to work in a team and alone as we execute the audits in team and it is a different group all the time so you learn to interact with different people from different back grounds. since coming here I have learned a lot in terms of auditing the value of auditing to an organisation and the difficulties of being an auditor as you are perceived to be the police work force by other departments.
Pros: Here you can to be exposed to a lot of different audits as you are in Banking and also audit the insurance company as well
Cons: constantly working over time as we are undet staff and the audit has to be finalize

Positives: Environmental is ripe for make a difference and contribution to Sustainable development There's a lot of scope to apply Environmental and Social knowledge and expertise to enable achievement of objectives Openness and willingness to engage Environmental and Social Negatives: Lots of silos and duplication Bureaucracy of the governance structure Duplication and lack of alignment Challenges: Leadership lack of understanding of Environmental and Social Sustainability issues Inadequate change management processes

Good learning curve of agriculture business
There's no succession plans in place which makes it hard to grow. I'm looking for an environment which will offer growth opportunities to apply my acquired skills through the years.
