A typical work day includes attending project meetings, updating study and master schedules, going to site to review progress, reading engineering drawings, doing claims administration, conducting visible felt leaderships, compiling reports and forming relationships with stakeholders.

Best learning environment

An experienced production supervisor who achieved professional skills through commissioning, decommissioning and process optimization major projects of high technology in the Pyro Metallurgical & Chemical processes. And I have also gained experience in Logistics, Asphalt and recently in the Mineral Processing, Iron Ore Beneficiation environment. In addition, I am very much passionate and self-tolerant at my work and I can also adapt myself in any kind of adverse situation. I am also aware of the kind of dedication and perseverance I will need to prove my abilities and gain new skills. All this coupled with a burning desire to learn more to match global technological advancement and advance in the production field.

Het baie geleer van my kolegas en hoe om as span saam te werk.

My kolegas het my geleer hoe om soos n span saam tewerk, die myn het my gestuur om nog kursusse tedoen om meer teleer hoe om my werk meer effektief en doelgerig teverrig. Die myn het my die kans gegun om intestaan as voorman as ons voorman nie by die werk kon wees nie, ek kon ook my noodhulp kursusse voltooi van level 1 tot 3. Ek het by die myn geleer dat jy egter n mens is en nie net nog n werksnommer nie. Dit is die aangenaamste gevoel as mens in die oggend by die werk in gestap het en jy verrig jou hele dag se werk en kom huistoe gaan tyd en geen werk staan oor vir volgende dag nie en jy weet jy het alles in n dag voltooi.

Pros: Goeie voordele van bevordering indien myn nie gesluit het nie.
