Locating to Bloemfontein

I have to move to Bloemfontein and there is no passion available at our branch in Bloemfontein, there for I am force to apply for new work. I have learned so much and achieved so much at the company. it is a pleasure to work for such a company. I am a hard working person and is able to learn anything.

Cons: Hours are excelant from 8:00 - 16:15

Kkomatsu is good company that I was willing to work with but because of my contract ending I dont have chance,but I can also refer people to go and work at this companyomkoatsi is good comook

Doing great job meeting new people

I would love to work with people doing some events for instance weddings,parties etc helping some people to know some things that would have so big Challenges to them

Safety

Safety on mine for Komatsu doing contractors pack, risk assessments, chair safety meetings, draw up procedures, do operational files, inspections. I don't believe in the 'police man ' approach, I believe in working with the team not against the team

Excellent

My company it's very good and I have a good relationship with m colleague's though sometimes things gets tough because your called left and right to turn jobs and some of them you have to estimate their weight

Leaning curve.

Working for komatsu is Good because we work as a family & caring for one another. We mentor trainers to obtain their Goals. Safety is our first priority. 6s principles we apply every day. I enjoy working on new projects. I've learned that if u dnt know, u must ask.

Improvement on technology

I’m wiring panels n doing troubleshooting on them, and I’m working with high voltage 3.3kv,950V, 110V, 230V, 24dc, 12 ac n 12 dc. I’m improving everyday
