i enjoy working there everyday monday to friday, there a close relationship between my co-workers because im friendly talkative and creative plan maker to make our job simple. I'have laern ho to work as team is a success, doing picking to the the costumer and not forgetting time consuming,a lot of challenge is there everyday but the most challenging is when I reach a back log and I always win.

Earthmoving mechanic

good communication skills,troubleshooting,problem solving and sharing ideas to other employees,i take my work very seriuos and to my colegue and learnt a lot other employees and give my into conclution ,enjoy most workind together as team,most challenging is not to share ideas to other fellows.

Excellent learning curve

I’m not working at the moment I left Komatsu on the 8 may 2018 due to my family demands and I could not see any career growth within the company since I was with Komatsu since 01 June 2012 but still remained in the same position but new people coming on board get positions.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Going extra mile for the company

Earth moving mechanic

I have national diploma mechanical engineering and have earthmoving mechanic trade. Currently performing inspections as my daily tusk. Compile failure reports. Technical reports and shipping components

Pros: Team work learning and helping others on technical skills
Cons: Working overtime from time to time when needed

I'm willing to learn more. about other companies and the work.

We are working in a workshop where the is too many movement of overhead cranes and forklifts.every morning we are having a tool box talk.We are working as a team 5 Riggers and five Apprenticies so we are 10 of us in all.During lunch we eat together we have our own office where we discuss and make jokes.The relationship is good between me and my co-workers.I have learned how to drive a forklifts,how to operate a crane,how to work safe, I'm also a safety Rep and how to interpret the Technical drawing.I injoy the most when we are planning a job at hand.Time is our challenge sometimes.

Pros: The are other grade opportunities. The too many other carriers

Locating to Bloemfontein

I have to move to Bloemfontein and there is no passion available at our branch in Bloemfontein, there for I am force to apply for new work. I have learned so much and achieved so much at the company. it is a pleasure to work for such a company. I am a hard working person and is able to learn anything.

Pros: Very good company
Cons: Hours are excelant from 8:00 - 16:15
