I feel happy when I helping the customer . I enjoy to work with my co worker because we help each other. The most challenging things is when you receive parts and found that short one of them, , because you have to call or sending emails sometimes they don't want to help you.
Pros: it is very good to work here but the thing is they don't want to give you a chance to prove your self.
Cons: we are working from 07h15 to16h15

I really had learned a lot at Komatsu and working with friendly people
In the passed years that i work for Komatsu i have learned a lot and achieved a lot.It will be sad to leave the company,but at this stage of my life i have to look out for my children and their futures.My children are in the gauteng and i really would like to move a little closer to then to be there and support them.What i have enjoy most at Komatsu is that i could make m own choices and create my own systems in order to have a back up system to check my teams performance.

Learned and grow with the company
I worked as a picker in the warehouse having the thoughts about running the warehouse one day. After 5 promotions my dream came true. Knowing I worked hard to earn this position as a planning manager. I started my own warehouse and had to run the movement of the parts, ordering of parts and so on. I had a great relationship with my staff and I was always available to help out with any work should the work load pulling up. I earned respect from my workers and that is why I could manage a warehouse with R76mil of parts.

Earthmoving equipment
I enjoy working for komatsu but its time for me to move on as my family is that side. I work on ramp machine and do standby and also work overtime when needed.

Excellent learning experience in engineering aspect.
With over eleven years experience in the engineering field I have amassed a wealth of draughting and designing skills in a busy environment. My role with Komatsu was to create new drawings and models and also update the existing ones by using the following programs AutoCAD Mechanical 2018 version, Inventor Professional 2018 version, Vault Professional 2018 version and SAP. I worked on the following drawings and models flame proof drawings, sheet metal drawings and electrical drawings. This role has given me a lot of experience in engineering and manufacturing. I feel my skills set and product knowledge fit perfectly with the requirements you are looking for in a candidate, and I am available to interview at short notice. Not supportive enough especially in career development
Company has good systems in place, good career development system, less salary not according to the market, processes are in place and good company to work for. Flexible hours High advanced company of Technology, machines are of high quality and they market themselves due to good and excellent reliability with a good reputation

Exceeded 2019 Budget
I managed to introduce some strategic ways of making sure that we sustain our business,improve revenue,increase customer base and ensure that we keep our clients happy.I created a Consignment stock for our mining customers and separated the warehouse so that the stock can be easily identified,and all two warehouses are active on our production system.Our cycle count is done daily,at least 30 lines per day and discrepancies are dealt with after completion of the counts whether is write offs or write up.
