Excellent learning curve

the company has a warm culture, and offers minimal growth. the structure makes it difficult for one to measure individual performance as we don't even have performance management or discussions.

Been with this company as been a great deal in my life. It has tought me a lot of things. The culture of the company show that they also care about their employees as much as they value their customers.

Quick to adjust or adapt

Was great working for John Craig learned a lot there.s started as a casual then got promoted to a permanent position. Attention to detail is very important. Must always customers happy and be always be presentable. .

Excellent learning curve

Its very tough to work there and seeing that you are always under staffed one has to go extra mile sacrifice time work under pressure and make sure all things are the way they should. The training is provided which makes an individual to be able to do his job the best he can

We required great customer service

Not great opportunity for transfer. Working far away from home. Great team work with colleagues. I enjoy that we only 4 instore stuff and we can communicate well with each other. Great team vibes
