first i amgreatful of the opportunity i got working for a great company and its culture while keeping its polices and its structure as a company togher and making as as employees part of the company .its been a pleasure working daily with the people around i have learnt alot from the my fellow teams mate wat most part i enjoyed is making that motivation in the morning talk knowing we can achive the impossible while as a team making it possible

Taking a role of a Regional Manager when he was on leave

Leardership and motivates staff to do more and to understand the vision and the values of the company.Playing the role of the Regional manager when he was on leave,this was so challenging on how to deal with all different queries from the 16 stores region,that was a real test of time but came up tops.A very good working relationship with team members has brought all the great results

Good in making huge sales and making new clints

I worked at john craig as a sales assistant and also doing visual merchandise so that the store can look good all the time, and the sale will be more at the end of the day.

Pros: it takes long run before you get company benfits
Cons: is only 8 hours per day

Good company to work at. Always open to learning more about other activities if you are interested.

A good company to work at. Staff is always friendly and open. Thy are accommodative and easy to talk to. The company allows staff to study further but you need to be an inquisitive employee to be able to learn more about it to get information about the possibility of working and stat the same time otherwise you'll miss on that kind of information. The isn't much growth other than management. And it isn't paying that well unless you have been with the company longer.working on weekends is what I don't enjoy most as I value family time. I enjoy working with different cultural diversity of people. That has taught me how to communicate well. Working environment is so pleasing.

Its a great place to meet people from diferent ethnic groups.

I got to meet different people.each day and to solve different problem.and situations.The best part of this job was the incentive that we got ;for achieving the montly targets and working as a team with my coworkers

I learnt alot of how people are ,mostly not everyone is bad some people are open Many things do happen yet I love the way my co-workers handle themselves ,I have never fought with them always happy at all time ,always teaching me some work e especially my manager teaching.g me alot with retailing.

The Company that I work for is great and it command command respect due to brands we sell

The company I work for is great, it command respect from its customers who wore this brands long ago and they still become excited to see their brand in our store. People are work with are great I am confident that they can't still in our store which is a great deal for me.
