My relationship with my co-worker is good in terms of we inspire each other every day work together being teammates that always bring up solutions when we facing problems such as work ,family etc.I have learnt that nothing is impossible uu always need to be positive.Consider myself a good prouduct of a business .Enjoy working smart not hard.Challenges l’m facing is the same leads that we dail,Long working hours.

Good communicaion skills, sence of humour

My name is Sebenzile Mazibuko. I've been in a marketing industry for more than seven years. I am a self driven person. I know how to convince clients. I always meet my target. The most important thing I want to grow. trying different things in life. I am mature by age and by mind. I'm a peoples person. The most important thing when I'm given the task, I make sure that I finish that task.

It gives more knowledge about handling different customers and how to communicate

It is a best company to learn and improve communication skills in, it offers more opportunities to young people and it also opens door to have more clue about working environment and how to treat various customers.

Pros: With putting more effort and hard work they are high chances of being promoted
Cons: I work up to 11 hours a day

Excellent learning and experience acquisition

good company to to establish yourself and developing your own work ethic.It was fun workplace to work at , but there were some challenges which i faced with clients over the the phone ,some clients hesitated to provide their personal details & banking details so that held me back from making sales.

Pros: high pressure environment
Cons: work and payment gap
