Excellent learning curve

I had a good experience working at iTalk however as time passed I needed something more challenging. And also to enhance my skills as well as my abilities. I had good relationships with fellow colleagues and team leaders as well as my boss.

It was a grsat learning experience and it was a big learning curve.

Working in a call center makes you vigilant and keeps you ahead of your game. It makes you want new challenges and keeps your head on the ball. You learn alot and become a new person you know how too get over challenges work under pressure and still achieve your monthly and weekly goals.

Pros: You get a lot of commission depending on how many sales you make a month
Cons: Long hours that are not on your contract and no company transport for extra long hours

Great way to learn

Being a quality assurer has changed my perspective on how I used to solve problems, my pace has improved on an amazing scale, my communication skills have also been dialed up, I also learned how to work in a team, which is a big changed since I've always been working by myself, I'm more result oriented and it's a great experience to be working in a fast paced corporate environment, I've become more disciplined when it comes to listening as well as speaking, my biggest challenge was stepping in a world that was target oriented but it's been great because I managed to step out of my comfort zone and faced the challenge head on, I have become more time and target oriented.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: The working hours are long and transportation is difficult to find at night.

Excellent learning curve and environment

What I've learnt the most is to know how to treat your clients because the client is always right. My coworkers were very friendly, helpful and focused if I were to struggle with a certain thing I knew I would rely on them

Wonderful Experience

I had an awesome opportunity at I Talk, I start as an agent. Promotion was there. I grew and move to the different departments. I was allowed to start yh training department and make all the training manuals and scripts .

with coworkersThe relationship that I have with my coworkers i s Trust. And when you trust a team and colleagues, you form a powerful bond that helps you to work and communicate more effectively. What I've learned about my job is to treat people with respect and the important of the company. I enjoy my job beaches everyone shares the same Vision and dedicated to the Mission. I'm motivated by the challenges, and have the flexibility and skills necessary to handle a challenge, can work under pressure.

Excellent quality customer experience always learning new things to always sign the deal.

It's a good learning curve to gain. Ore experience on soft skills and telephone etiquette. Being exposed to different types of campaigns to gain more experience.

I learnt to be pro-active and consistent.

It is a good place to.to gain experience and adapt to the environment but the salary is very small you sustain yourself with it and you work long hours.
