Company is growing but not our salaries VIP customers with big egos and personalities Retail working hours Senior staff very poor at their work with staff below them Stock taking until the early hours of the following day Sales fly non the less Mistery shopper

Excellent tean work
My comoany was a really good working environment although at time management was abit harsh towards its employees........... The other disadvantage was tgat in my position we always worked through every weekend which resulted. In frastaration

Growth more than anything else
My day entails, Receiving stock max 15 big boxes. Merchandise, Attemdence registry, compiling and sending off figures and stats to HO. Cashing up and customer waitlist management. Checking previous days contracts and submitting as well as vetting new ones. Stockroom management and sending off hours worked to HO. Conflict resolving amongst staff and adressing all other issues admin related at the branch. Everyday is a good challenge hence there's always new things we have to solve and i can say that theres no complaints about my company from my side as they always make sure they equip us.

Decent working days, micromanaged at all times felt uncomfortable working there, some staff were good, management felt too entitled and made it a horrible working environment

Valuable product knowledge leaning curve
each varies, relationship with co-workers was that of friendliness, open, and willing to assist one another, i have learnt to be patient, pay attention to detail. i enjoyed building great repeat business relationships with customer and being able to sort out any of their queries

Great learning curve
Great working relationship with co workers. Customer interaction and satisfaction is key. Learnt alot about how to handle conflict. Learnt how to troubleshoot apple devices and some windows. Challenge having to deal with customers who have spent alot of money and demand assistance

Everyday you learn something new be it from customers or fellow employees which is a good thing because then there’s always room for growth and improvement
