Briljant Problem Solver

The reason for my application, is that I would love to further my knowledge, experience and expertise in a company that offers first class technology & infrastructure, to give first class experience for my future employer and clients. I love technology and have been working with it since I was young. As technology is my passion, I get excited staying up to date as frequently ays possible. I have incorporated this cover letter as well as my Cirriculum Vitae. I have various experiences in producing multimedia presentations, projects and resources. Having previous experience and knowledge about Linux, Windows and Macintosh systems and it has improved my problem solving and solution skills and has made them effective and seamless. My past experience in dealing with students as a lecturer has helped me develop my ability as an effective problem solving and a support consultant. I have been involved in numerous projects in creating multi-platform networks and wish to further my knowledge and my experience.

Customer service ,retail , I have been in customer service for 5 years now and I make sure I deliver excellent service ,follow kpi key performance indicator , representa the the brand which is Apple products

Customer experience and relationships

Customer service is everything. I have grasped this and have taken it into my KPAs and applying with every interaction with a customer. It has built me to love people and helping them as a result of a satisfied customer. Working together with my colleagues and manages makes my job easier and less pressured as I do work in an environment where there is a lot of foot traffic and not so happy customers. Experience: Customer service Issuing out contracts and consulting Sales Sales targets met Merchandising Administration

Vast Clientele, amazing staffing

Whilst working at the iStore, I was able to work with a vasy clientele. Which gave me an excellent chance to learn how to deal with various customer and ensure they always get exceptional customer service. I consider myself a great in person to have on any team. Working at the iStore, I was able to lead a team of technicians. This meant I was able to deal with all the positives and the negotiates of exceptional customer service. A day at the tech desk meant dealing with different customer needs and requirements. It was never a dull day. In a nut shell, I enjoyed

Great learning curve

A typical work day, assist customers with what they need help with coaching the newbies on how we assist customers in store. Great relationship with co-workers, I'm always the life of the party at work. I've learnt that you have to respect each others personality at work. you never know if they having a bad day, so always be versatile and helpful. I love assisting the customers, I give them everything I have even on a bad day. thee most challenging aspects is balancing family time and work.

I had a great relationship with all my colleagues and managers .

Great work environment, positive energy, friendly mama here is and employees , working hours was a bit more than usual, I do feel like they do not live up to their company values and standards

Great retail and customer exposure

Working at the iStore is both great and challenging, with every challenge comes growth and hence it helps mentor and teach one how to handle customers and become very efficient in providing great service to suit different customer needs. I have become a great service provider leveraging my skills to help customers get the great service that we promise to give, in so doing saving more time and being more productive in my daily job

Pros: -working with customers from different backgrounds and different problems, helping them solve them and learning more with each and every encounter
Cons: High stress levels due to sometimes unrealistic customer expectations

Excellent learning

In the 7 years I have been privileged to work for the iStore, I have gained much experience, and up-skilled myself in various areas. I am competent in all 4 cellular networks, to do cellular sales, in addition to doing normal sales. I am currently the only key-holder at the store, I am trained up to do supervisor cash-ups, assist with some of the admin processes, I was selected, and have embarked on, the Future Leadership Programme which the business offers to select employees. This has been such an amazing, humbling and invaluable opportunity for me.
