Challenging aspects

Štill outsourcing to third party which makes the job very hard as you cannot do your job consistantly Great place for someone who is in the entery level or has not worked in a similar enviroment I have learnt to be patient

Learning curve

Working for the company i am working for its challenging because not everyday you reach a target,and to work with a team its as well challenging you different characters of collegues.I enjoy working with a team and shring our diffucult times.i have to speak cleary on the phone with customers.
