An amazing company with an exciting culture and is rewarding and is a pleasure to work for People have to grow and see what else is out there so that's my only reason for spreading my wings Typical day in the app space there is focus Amazing people I've learnt a whole lot more client experience and excellence at all that I do The culture is amazing love that I am quite flexible so I fit like a glove Most challenging was meeting expectations no matter what delivery is everything

Good learning environment

I am a very active person who plays rugby and enjoys going to the gym. Working at my current company has been nothing short of amazing, I have really learnt a lot . I believe that I am a people's person and believe that I can thrive in any environment that includes working with people because I truly understand people. What I enjoy the most is the people and their willingness to help and being very supportive. The most challenging thing for me would be working and studying as I have been doing for the past two years. It's really helped me to remain focus and to work even harder to achieve my dreams of being a Property Consultant.

Excellent IT Audit skills

Meetings with senior management, discuss audit plans, meetings with audit committee and risk committee members. Meetings with external auditors to discuss reliance on internal audit work.

Excellent Learning Curve

Investec has been the greatest company I have worked for. The culture of the company is very enjoyable and doe not restrict an individual. The people and the teams are very driven with their work and the quality of their work is very excellent. Investec is about excellence and it delivers excellence to not only its clients but also employees. They put employees first and if the employee is happy the work they will deliver will also be positive.

Excellent culture

The company is well managed. It has a flat structure and allows for the envisioned culture to be practiced on a day to day. I learned to pave my way in a corporate jungle and build lasting relationships with my colleagues and also industry counterparts. The challenge was having to adapt to the culture and have that work for my benefit.

Excellent exposure

Fantastic opportunity to research, design and develop new solutions to business problems. Amazing support network. Aggressive and competitive culture is challenging to navigate. Lack of leadership delays delivery and decision making. Very slow processes.
