Each day we review which tasks require execution and allocate time accordingly in order to meet the needs of the business unit. The submission of tenders requires one to deviate from a planned day, that, and agreements which come in from the business units at the eleventh hour, the latter is the main challenge as the urgency may not allow for the full consideration of the risks which may leave the company exposed, advising business of that means handling personalities who are not necessarily receptive to the possible effect on the profit margin. The enjoyment is in that Imperial is a dynamic, innovative company constantly looking to evolve and provide a better service which therefore requires you to rise to the occasion. I have learnt to pause when on uncharted waters, the more I know the better I am at assisting the business to achieve their goals and minimize their risk.

Career potentials and growth
I have been in the HR field for the past 16 years, of which the past 10 years were in management. I have vast interest in people, discipline, principled and career driven. I am very good in areas such as IR - Excellent in CCMA or Bargaining councils, bringing up the staff morale. Management of skills and talents, is my passion. Servicing of my clients (Employees and Management) is what I pride myself in as I give quality and best customer service. My leadership skills are excellent as well. I lead by example and that is where I see my success. Best team, motivated and hard working team is what I bring out. I have a very strong personality and very soft at heart.

Tracing wiring circuit and diagnostic
I am Sandile Buthelezi I'm looking for the job for auto electrician. I Qualified as auto electrician with section 26D on track's. During my training i learn to diagnose, fault finding, repair alternator and starter, wiring circuit and battery maintenance. I am hard worker and fast learner.

My passion and drive are my skills
Enjoy what I do in training all our staff members daily in various outlets. I have a good understanding of the business and know all policy and procedures of the company. I have a very good relationship with all my co= workers as well as our clients we represent in the industry. Over the past 13 years a have learnt a lot about the FMCG industry and how to approach managers at store level. I am a go getter never talk no for an answer. I will motivate our staff to always be the best. I will always be willing to share my knowledge with others as in this industry one learns new things daily. I have trained more than 1600 staff members and this includes managers.

Growth opportunities for willing employes
A typical work day Start at 07H30 in the morning that sometimes go on untill 20H00 at the office. Phone calls after hours and weekends are the norm. Not one day is the same as a previous and always new challenges and opportunities around the corner. Your relationship with co-workers Excellent - they become friends more than colleagues. What you have learnt Everything from people/client management to financial management and just the correct way of doing business. What you enjoy most Everyday challenges and colleagWork ues. The most challenging aspects of the job Deadlines, high accuracy of work, time away from family.

Workaholic and fast learner
Iam a workaholic guy and I am also a fast learner, I like to multi task for instance I can drive both fork lift and Reach truck. Having work to many companies I know many systems when it comes to scanner using, i like challenging task learning new thing

LOVE WORKING FOR IMPERIAL, WANT TO WORK CLOSER TO HOME THOUGH
start working at 06h30 in the morning and leave for home at 15h30. I leave home early to avoid the traffic rush. I love working for Imperial and have a very good relationship with my co-workers. My colleagues are my family at work. I have learnt to be patient, tolerant, respect peoples diversity and culture. I strive to finish todays work today as far as I possibly can and to go that extra mile. My work is my pride. I love everything about my work. The most challenging aspects of the job is most certainly to keep your cool and be patient to the extreme.

Cons: i prefer to work from 07h00 - 16h00 but it really won't bother me if i have to work from 08h00-17h00. if it means working closer to home

Exlant learing curve
long day, difficult customers, poorly trained staff, poorly equipped workshop. making daily target best part of the day. training app is nice. solving problems are good. I have a good relationship with co-workers and clients.
