Good company,i have learned many things

All queries are then solved.

we start of our mornings with a green area talk and all staff gets filled in with what are the tasks for the day. I then go to my office open up my lap top and read through my emails, by 08:00 I take a walk on the floor to see all staff is in their respective designated working area's and that work has commenced. I then check all vehicles are ready to load.I then head back to the office to have a cup of coffee and carry out any instructions that was sent to me via email and follow up with queries that have arise the day before. All queries are then solved. my staff that reports to me are good and all respect me for the position that I hold in the company. we have a good working relationship. my challenges are that if my queries cannot be solved and then the staff that was in the wrong doing has to be disciplined and then it will be a process. where we will have to sit with the shop steward

Job description

Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks. Assist in the development of and manage processes to identify and evaluate business areas' risks and risk and control self-assessments. Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities. Monitor major and critical risk issues. Manage the process for elevating control risks to more senior levels when appropriate. Manage the corporate risk and control assessment reporting process as well as manage and maintain infrastructure elements (e.g. Management reporting, including reporting to senior management).Be leaders in developing and improving management reporting. Liaison with Business users to prepare Functional specifications. Ensure technical specifications meet the stated needs of the business.

I Have archieve an in-depth knowledge regarduing the operation,warehousing and Logistics itself .

I have achieved a lot and want to do much more and have ambitious plans for the future. I consider myself a socially intelligent individual who is able to do any demanding role that requires proactive individuals who are committed to work hard.I have learned a lot in terms of operation and the experience challenges me to become a successful, innovative professional and assist in accomplishing my goals. I am confident that I possess the attributes to learn and take this company far. On a personal level I possess a dynamic work ethic, ability to think outside the box and pick up new skills quickly. I think commercially at all times, embrace positive change and am transparent and open with others. I consider myself to be a confident individual who can quickly become part of an existing operational Team

Great exposure in the Logistics industry

LOGISTICS INDUSTRY HAS TAUGHT ME TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE, TO BE MORE FLEXIBLE WITH WORKING HOURS AND TO MAKE SOLID DECISIONS. I WORK WITH DIFFERENT CLIENTS, TRANSPORTERS AND TRUCK DRIVERS. THESE PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT NEEDS THAT I MUST FULFILL WHILE MAKING SURE THAT EVERY DECISION I TAKE IS TO BENEFIT THE COMPANY WHILE KEEPING THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY. I ENJOY MOSTLY ATTENDING NEGOTIATING CARGO CHARGES WITH CLIENTS, ATTENDING CUSTOMERS QUERIES. I ALSO ENJOYING SOLVING PROBLEMS AND PLANNING. THE MOST CHALLENGING PART OF MY WORK IS LOGISTICS PLANNING AND SOLVING CLIENTS PROBLEMS BUT I ENJOY EVERY PART OF MY WORK.

believe this is a perfect platform for me to showcase my skills and my abilities, to grow in the company and become an asset too. Whatever goals I set, I complete them within the stipulated time.
