Always killing to go extra mile
Working independently and also as a team. Never a lazy day. Always on our toes, going extra mile to make sure medication gets delivered on time. Making sure orders are processed on time and stock is delivered with the required lead time.
Pros: great oppourtnity to learn and equip your self with knowledge everyday

Notoce days, market related salary is required
very challenging but with better working method it better, we work as a team. I learnt independency when doing my job. I enjoy Collection, it creates great exposure to engage with clients. not receiving remittances on time, though have made an arrangements to be sent earlier.

Excellent opportunity to learn about pharmaceutical distribution
Fast paced working environment, lots to learn, always busy, over 30 clients to service. Ambient and cold room stock, warehouse temperature controlled warehouse. Incentives for selected criteria.
Pros: Leader in pharmaceutical distribution
Cons: No reward for hard work at junior manager level. Newly employed staff get paid more than you.

SAP ERP and EWM system
My daily duties- creation of client product code - collection of an accurate Demenstion - crm updates - sending reports - filling - communicsting with client - stock control *relationship with my co-work is/was so perfect...always team work and help each other to understand our duties. * being around Imperial, i've learn so many like: 1. Computer skill 2. Good communication skill 3. SAP system skill 4. Being recognize when you did good. * great time to spend with my co-worker and deliver the best we have. # working under Pressure was the challenge at first, but hey i knew what i was doing abd i gave it all..pressure no pressure my head is alwys up to deliver the best to the company

Good industry
I worked at Tembisa Hospital for 6 years I am a hard worker and a fast learner I have my own Transport and I Love and respect my job I'm good in tome management I am taking leave once a year and I am not a sick person I have a good relationship with management I learnt a lot like to be humbled and respect at all times I enjoy my work more than every thing because it keeps me busy and I gain more experience when I'm working The most challenging is when customers logged a complain and when Clients are not Happy

Commitment to the business
I have worked very hard from my first year with my current employer, work hard and smart enough to climb the management ladder hence currently I'm managing two different departments. This is the only company I worked for since, meaning my focus is always long term.

It a growing business and allow one to explore different role. Unfortunately for me, I don't see growth for me, particularly for the role I am in. I have learnt the importance choosing a field & developing one self within that. Exporuse to differing roles allows one to know what they prefer & would be more productive in
