I learn a lot of things there

We busy about the orders of our customers.we have the diffent medicines and tablets.we have pockets who pick the orders for our client when the pocket doesn't get a correct batch of the product they just come to me and i will fix that quarry. I like that challenge because sometimes webhave a lot I orders we need to finish up thats where the pressure start but i conquer that stage.

The only thing that I have learn is to work with your colleagues very nice and everything that you don't understand you have to ask. I have learned That if you work with everyone well there's an opportunity to go ahead in life time.

Good Communication Skills

start to Plan for work day before everything:Running replenishment and Inventory Count before orders,prioritizing of orders e.g. Export, Far export,SOS's and Special Instruction, resolving of CRM's,learnt many things about employees as 28-30 employees report to me and is a big experienced challenging to me.i enjoy challenge with all my heard and my daily ODL report because it put me in excellent stage of service level. Good relationship with my staff because of good communication we do have. Challenge I don't like and solve it immediately is employee time management.

Pros: I start as a picker to order realising and invoicing clerk then promoted again to Team leader.
Cons: Working 9hours with no tea break,only launch.

Good guy adapting very well in a new inviroment eager to learn more.

I have started as all round stock controller/clerk inventory and I was task to monitor the movements of two big clients on a daily basis creating counts verifying moving the stock via the system taking out damages able to work alone and sending my managers the reports towards the end of my shifts

Pros: great archivement of beeing able to work alone without a supervision
Cons: willing to work overtimes

Excellent learning curve and challenging.

It is always hectic, working under pressure to make deadlines. The company has team of managers who are so helpful, encouraging. I have learned that for one to be a good leader has to be patient, accept criticism,, work on the negatives by turning them into positives and be part of the team. and and more knowledgeable about our business demands.. I enjoy working with for a company which is striving for the best, the company which is providing its employees with an opportunity to develop themselves professionally and personally. I do catch up easily when taught something good learner I can move stock via system punctual on time keeping able to work alone and send the report top the managers before my shift end.

I m Themba Makalima started working at IHS 2013 as stock control ,my job was killing s block,stock count ,block bin,batch to batch Promote me. To query clerk but what u can say I have experienced for warehouse all departments working till today.if you can take me make sure company benefit ,and get many client

I have stated working here as a general inventory stock controller then before six months we have started a cycle count group that works wonders we started to won the most monthly employee awards after a year I was given a task where by I was tasked to two big clients that I have to look after so my daily task it is going wonderful I do create two counts a day via spreadsheets doing the counts balancing and moving the stock via the system and I am able to work alone without a supervision then I send a daily report to my managers before the end of my shift.

Target market

per day was checking the available stock when the customer place an order, report back to my manager daily. if normally I have something to know at other department send an email. I have a lot about the how to handle the stock and also the customer, how to communicate with other so that at the end of day things are running smooth on the company. also handling the queries.
