Great place to learn more about analytical instruments and more processes of mining minerals.

Impala mineral processing laboratory is a good company that respects employee working rights, and it honours and celebrate public holidays and it has sports activities. My co-workers were great and hardworking people because they always meet the deadlines even when working underpressure. It's a great company.

Achieved good safety record and awards

Engagement with people of different characters and solving ther problems and ensuring good service is provided to our clients.i enjoy seeing a smile from another person as a sign of satisfection to the service rendered. Its really challanging to see a group of people clueless of their targets and i have to bridge that gap

Learning faster in ability to learn what i donot know.

Maintanance and servicing all electrical equipment.Planning and scheduling preventive and planned maintenance.Ensuring and adhere to the company's health abd safety standards.Management of all crritical and consumable sparean.Capturing of breaksown data and updating of equipment history records.Compluting sceduled preventing maintanance tasks to ensure equipment availability reparing rebuilding or replacing faulty or in operative components and parts.Taking legal responsibility of all legal inspections and audits

Have experience in manufacturing according to sabs standards

a works day starts at 6 in the morning and knockoff time is at 14:30. I have currently have eight learners wich are busy with their apprenticeship. we have a good communication and its a priveledge to share my technical skills with these novices.

An everyday challenge, learning new things daily.

I believe in being an asset to the company. The fact that when a company employs a person it is no for pleasure but for enhancing safe production or maintaining consistency. Should I see that I hinder or do not serve those purposes then it's obvious that I will be bringing the company down.

Fascinating

The current work is very busy and one needs to be able to switch in between tasks in order to achieve all the daily work targets. My interaction with other Departments is very crucial for the quality of the management reports which I generate from time to time as part of my responsibilities and duties. Its always good to interact with different people because I get different ideas, that has help me to be a better Mining Planner in my career. I have a strong ability to motivate people to team up and work as one unit to ensure our organization wins.
