Possitive; hard working and motivated
I am motivated, positive and hard worker I always like challenges and resolving problems to a positive points I believe that I have a good leadership as the employees below me like to work with me and do get along with all different type of culture of employees I have a good relation with the management team My satisfaction on site is when creating a system that was not in place, and after pulling a report on the system that you have created, you find that it is working efficiently, and then when you see that management are impressed and satisfied with the effort been put into the system. I have learn a lot of different type of employees culture and adopt myself so that I can be able to work with all different types of culture and positions of employees in a positive way My qualifications may be not up to standard, but my experiences on the job is far better than the required qualification, as I have done a lot of courses as per cv and have learned a lot during the time that I have been at work.
Pros: My Coal in life is to be promoted and give a beter life to my family
Cons: I always ensure that the priority work is completed before going home daily, to work long hours is no problem

Excellent learning curve
We are a platinum producing company and we believe together we can work safely and achieve the company's goal as a team. I work as a data capture clerk and its a work that needs your attention and accuracy. We have got a good relationship as co workers, we are able to share information among ourselves and are eager to help one another where help is needed. I have leant things such as humanity, kindness and to be trustworthy as a person, moreover I can do any clerical work. Although there are aspects that challenging such as having to get the invoices and quotations signed off and capturing them. Getting the quotations released and making sure that requisitions get the order number before the end of the day. Especially in the case of a breakdown.
Pros: We get enough training, and it gives us the opportunity to effectively work as a team to achieve the company's goal. One team one vision

Good working culture n observation of an industry
Since I've been there everything for me has gone quite good and I haven't experienced any faults or anything that could lead me to the manager to sign up on dire documents that could cost me my job. With their service I could recommend it for those who follow rules and abide the company's laws. I want to explore a lot and cannot stay in one place as for my career pathing. The challenges are when you embark on them like promotions since well its kind of hard to just get any of your desired positions.

Excellent learning curve
I'm a hard working person, punctual at work and I value my work more than anything. I have a good relationship with my co-workerkers. I a focused person and working under pressure is my most challenge.

Immediate response recommenations
A typical work day would include an update on what was conducted by my drilling contractors, ensuring that work is set for the grade control observers and complete signing of their reports. Maintaining good relationships with all co-workers to assist in a smooth production process. The positives of my work would be working with a motivated and dynamic team who are very professional in the way they conduct their duties. I managed to fit in well with the company culture and living up to the slogan of "One team, one vision with pride". A challenge in my job would have to be having a new manager come in and him/her assigning tasks to me where I have no prior knowledge of or him/her being misinformed of my duties. However on a positive the work is delivered from me but me referring to the relevant qualified department.

Good working enviroment
Management style excellent,people are the businness here. Support system in terms of material and equipment.communication excellent. Divercity. People get paid in time. Health and safety policies good and well implicated. Normal working hours except in orgernised overtime.

Always a challenge due to working with different kinds of people
Safety is most important due to working under ground and it is abnormal working conditions. Have to work as a team. Have to achieve goals that are set.

I have gain a lot of things at mine. Office work,field
I worked as a sampling helper. Then as mechanical assistant until 2010. Then the engineers nominate me to work with them as I was having engineering courses. I worked at office with senior engineer whereby I have to report to him in the morning and afternoon. I have to do orders for repairs. And make the follow ups on it when do they coming to collect. I should log in and out on book and computer. I was using the Sap to make orders. It was nice to work with many companies. Even now the engineer and companies reps calls me to come back. They are struggling since I left. Know one can make order. Reason been I was I alone on that position. When I was on leave,when I go back,I will find a lot of job. I have to make sure that by the end of a week everything have order. That was my job at impala before I left last year april
