Excellent learning curve and great as a start career

I have previously worked as a QA in a different company and found the experience gratifying. Being able to work with an around people is always the most comfortable environment and something I.do enjoy. A typical day at work involves assessing sales , sending refferals , working off XL and Word documents.

Pros: Great Learning experience
Cons: Salary not very sustainable

I have experience a lot in this environment and its exciting

Its fun,exciting, and people are all working as a team .I love it . we work as a team I enjoy working in a call centre environment. I made a lot of friends and also experience a lot and speaking Afrikaans is a big advantage for me

Excellent learning curve,chatting to people,striving to do better

In all my working experienes I have learnt to have courage to cold call. Meeting and socialising. Assisting as manager if and when necessary. I well liked with my co workers. I assisted with training. If I needed to open or close business then I helped out. Events organizing. My main enjoyment was being socialable, meeting new people and loving the vibe of music.

Pros: There was opportunity to progress. Being sociable.
Cons: I worked long hours

Excellent in product knowledge

Get to work early and plan towards the day on how to achieve daily targets and how to improve quality within my team...ensure that effective coaching plan to be done daily Think of ways to improve agents mindset example a simple joke or and incentive My joy comes when agents achieve over and above there targets set

Good listening skills,good at malti tasking

I am people' person.work well in group.out going person.I can handle objection. from customs or core worker. polite and professional.work under pressure.finish any task or meet my daily work assigned to me.

Exciting enviroment money hungry adventures good earning potential

IT was a normal workn day nt much excitement or vibe abot unprofessional i had a good relationship wid my co workers ad loads of fun with them we never had a team buildn so not much fun.sales enviroment thought me how to adapt to change n give it my all n o my most exciting day was, pay day
