Two years supervising experience,I'm a peoples person
I've been working for Identity for almost 2 years the work experience is very vibrant an exciting an quite youthful. A typical day for me once the store opens would be printing the stores morning work an filing it from there then i would check our fashion file an merchandise the store while ill be supervising at the time. I've learnt to deal with customers, i enjoy working with my co-workers they make our work environment pleasant.

Am doing well am working as an agent.
Am working as an agent, sometimes am helping in the office like capturing customers info sheets, answering phones and explaining to the clients, good customer service because you have to be in a good mood always because you deal with clients. always apologise even though you are not wrong, be claim and professional everyday, i enjoy working as a team most of the time.
Pros: Always be on time, be professional always respect and be responsible . extramiling

Excellent learning curve and build yourslef
Well it's a big learning curve and your knowledge just gets more as you go alone and you grow as an individand you get thatbexpereinec to work with customers and give them the best experience in your store that they've ever had and you get that chance to motivate staff to do better every day and become successful ual
Pros: Opportunities to grow and get promotions
Cons: Hours given to store as it's to little and to much work to do as it's busy they don't give bonuses anymore you have to decide must they deduct from your salary to get a bonus at the end of the year

Excellent
I am a hardworking person who want to see other people succeeding,by that I prefer to provide training to make sure they know understand their job,and they do follow company procedures. I believe I can do all as I've spent over 10years on retail and I am very patient and believe in myself. If an employee is late at work I give a discussion then should it repeat itself I give warning and it must be a fair one, It is important to handle everything according to policy and procedures. I've managed to grow a lot and still want to grow at work

Excellent learning curve
I love working for this company you learn how to merchandise the store the layout and the works. You learn about customer service and its the most important role we have to play as employees, learning administration how to archive and do daily basis of the business. You get the chance to interact with the superios of the company and they tell you what to do and where to go. You are always pushed to do better for the good of the company.

Good learning curve
Everyday is a good working day with set hours to work depending on a weekly schedule of 30 hours per week. So far we get along with my colleagues working as a unit, everyday is a day to learn about our work culture. Thus far the only challenge we face is the low hourly rate that we're earning.

I like challenging myself and get satisfaction when I achieve great results.
I ran a store with a 18 mil turnover a year,a great structure is key to achieve target,great customer service and maintain losses. Most difficult part is to have lazy staff who don't pitch or pull the weight. Exciting part is when a customer walks out with a smile.

Customer experience
Working at Identity is occasional on and off hype when helping customers. It is a small store but the company is big. I enjoy making customers happy and merchandising the particular clothes. The challenging part is that it can get boring and if you having a bad day it can affect your ability to serve others

Good customer service skills are
I have been working and learning the details of retail, now can say am a well perfect person for customer service. As I have been working with people for months now. Am a fast learner as I managed to perform my task as the store of Identity. Time management is what I have learned at university during my studies. Am ready for any challenge any organization can through me with. I go all out when given a task as I performed my duties as such at my current employment. Am a team player so teamwork it's what is needed in any organization. Will like to state that my work experience is not on my CV. I would be happy and grateful to join your organization.
