Excellent learning curve and grooming on. Dealing with clients.
Typical work day like extra mile on sale day. The relationship between the core workers is averagely fair. Because sometimes management can bring personal problems at work and make us suffer by punishing us. I have learnt how to deal with difficult customers and how to remain calm in conflict situations. What I enjoy most about it is meeting new people everyday and build a relationship with them that would make them come to store again.

Dealing with difficult customers Opening boxes and take out new stock Being unfairly treated by management Be industry bad mouthed by colleagues Working long hours for small salary every month No weekend offs Not allowed to give out references for new job applications Ace program trainings every Wednesdays Pdd rating every year

Excellent work ethic
Working with people tickle's me to the core. I treat everyday as growing learning process. Am very close to my co-workers because i keep communication as a number one priority. I work well within a team and I'm a team player. Being responsible, respectful and reliable are the best lessons in life. I enjoy working with enthusiastic people who are really goal driven, ambitious people. I love creaking jokes and playing around but am very professional when it comes to my job. The most challenging times of the job it when sales or target of the day is not met but all of that doesn't mean I shouldn't work toward getting those sales the next day flying.

Its been an excellent learning curve on customer service and interpretation of product to customer
a typical day at work would be merchandising the store and doing customer delivers as per request. my relationship with my colleagues is one that is family based as we perform our duties as a team. the most i have learned is how to interact with customers, attract their eye on something they seemed unsure of, supervise a store and assist with authorizing. what i have enjoyed most would be experiencing management level and the most challenging aspect would generating profit when business is slow.

Excellent worker
I do all my task everyday and in a interesting way , and everyday when I arrive at work I keep checking what will be my task for the day and stick to my task so that I can able to finish fast, and wait for my manager to appreciate what I have done although she never does that, but that's not a point because I will keep on doing my job no matter what , because I like doing my job an see the good results of what I was doing so that's it for me.
