Learning organization as I have been given a platform to initiate new initiatives

This is the learning organization. The company is about 70 years but starting to allow initiatives that enhances employee engagement. You are at liberty to do walk about to gauge the employees feeling and make suggestions based on what you have identified. We have just introduced a robust performance management process that includes career conversations on a 6 weekly basis which is tracked by the business. I have learnt that disengaged employees equals less productivity and less bottom line. I really enjoy quick decision making at EXCO level. The most challenging aspect of the job is the introduction of new concepts to the business and trying to get buy in can be straneous

EXcellent learning curve

It a good and very Big company but the salary is bad I consider myself a productive worker with a solid work ethic who exerts optimal effort to ensure all tasks given to me are completed on time and to the highest standards. but in this company they consider me as nothing but i know i am worth something

good to wmaitancewas good I wawas to do do a good work with any colleague. And I was clear to. Work with different Pand aour brelatioship was very good because i. Was bleearn. Other things especially work band also we ngabe a good communication with any colleague and was work a normal hours including over btimes learn to work with different people The thing I was enjoyed is to-do PM maintenanceork there

Very stimulating

Working at Hulamin has been stimulating with enough challenge and accountability. Very good environment for learning and growth. Supportive management culture.

Learned to keep my performance high no matter what the circumstances ate

Ensuring that safety clothing is worn by anyone entering the plant,check all equipment and materials needed for the job, plan your production for the day in alignment with the company's goal, make changes when necessary to meet the customers needs and last but not least, to give quality input the first time and on time.

Pros: great opporunity for promotion and making good profile of yourself
Cons: work politics, long hours and desciplinery hearings
