Hulamin give me the oppotunity to advance my leadership skills.

my experience on the typical days in hulamin was when you receive a customer complaint of wrong colour or wrong packaging method, the first thing we needed to do was to first identify the product returned , confirm the validity of the complain, identify the shift which packed it, plan the corrective action and the date to be delivered, communicate the issue, the corrective action and the targeted date for delivery with all the relevant teams and give feedback to the customer as to when they can expect the correct product. communication plays a very important role in all relationships or teamwork, I have learned a lot in regards to technical process approach and problem solving, I enjoyed being part of the teams which had a strong relationship in team work activities, the most challenging aspect I experienced with my job was mostly when you had to deal with an employee who had a negative attitude towards their work because they were unfairly treated by their previous leaders.

Excellent learning curve

Typical day has 8 hours with production and process meetings in the morning. the work gives me an opportunity to interact and build great relationship with co-workers. i have learnt the recycling process of used beverage cans and aluminium different scrap types and above all process control, project management, problem solving, data analysis and project improvement. i enjoy doing process control mostly and what can be challenging is that the technology we are using is new but the challenge is also exciting because you get to learn and also implement ideas.

It a good company with a lot of different experience

Hulamis is still one of the best companies despite all odds, it contributes to the environmental compliance As it produces recyclable products And it has a desegnated plan for RE mealting So think bright think aluminum Aluminum is the future

Learned many things. Ideal company to work for

You do the daily routine every day when coming on shift. maintenance, courses, team work and team building activities each and every 3 months. Rotating the guys you work with on your shifts and on shift patterns

I can do this job because of my experience , of 8 years running payroll in this company for the people of more than a thousand . I dedicate myself to help people and keeping good records for my company . I am a productive tools for so many years. I need something new and can challenge myself as I am a women . Hard work, punctuality and efficiency make me an effective co-worker. Excellent opportunities to show case your skills

I work centrally supporting all production departments assisting them on how to improve quality by measuring and sustaining the performance of key indicators statistically. I have a team of 35 employees and we deploy systems like SPC (Statistical Process Control) for operations to be able to analyse data and process trends.
