It was a start
I am gratefull for the opportunity i was given as it made me a beter worker but there is no space for growth The company does not know what they want or lets sy the branch they give you a job title but the work they give you is not always part of your title and do not try to ask questions you will get threaten with warnings rules change all the time How can they expect for example a cassier who works for company x to relieve a security working for comoany z and tel them that is not your job than like i said warnings and they only expect it from sertan workers the workers with lawyers never have to relieve security If you work hard they give you someone elses work to do aswell the people who are never working are always save they show up late for work constant and nothing happens to them the person who is always on time shows up late one day and they want to start handing out warnings So at the end there is no positivity in the company

Cons: Small salary,long hours,no growth and no leadership

A good atmosphere to work, learning a lot about furniture, product knowledge,
We work as a team and in the morning we have a meeting with the staff about the sales figures and the emails that we received from our head office and also we give the staff a chance to raise any issues that we need to adress. I have a good relationship with the staff. I have learned a lot about furniture because on wednesday we do product knowledge.i have enjoyed working with the company because because of the customers that we assist on a daily basis, We never had a lot of customers complain The most challenging is when a senior manager does not to follow policies and procedure of the company,
Pros: The company is not devoloping staff, i have been there for almost five years but i was not developed or promoted
Cons: We only work long hours when there is customers after closing time or when we have to do housekeeping, or when we are behind with our duties or during our stocktake

Working under pressure, sales competition, self motivation, hard working, comission hunting
We work under a lot of sales presure and reaching the the tagert, there's a lots of competition in finding castomers and reaching the target, we fight for the customers. Working there you need to be self motivated and send desciplene.

Time management and customer service.
I am hard worker,passionate ,consistent and disciplined.i am a very committed worker, i love challenges such as team worker you know as people we think differently and those different views we can get the views that can benefit the project. Team work teaches you how to solve work problem. Work hard,handle stresse. I always in good relationship with my superiors because i always at work always in time like i said time management give customers supper service friendly all the time.

Learning curve
You must be wilking to kiss some serios buts,or youle go niwhere,and keep your mouth shut Long hours,no bonusess exept if you are a brsnch manager. Good staff members to work with. Bad medical plan

Customer service and house keeping all the time.
I am a hard worker who is willing to learn and grow into a company. I am a delving person when it comes to customer complain and make a customer feels at home all the time.making or keeping customers friendship at all times.
