Great Company
I worked for House and Home for 5yrs the most typical day was to work on Sundays and nock off late. My relationship with my co-worker was a bad very bad because i end up left the company to avoid wrong things and i was not happy the way things happened of which i can't mention here. The most challenging things was that...as a sales team you need to make the company target like it or not and make sure that your customers are happy with the service you give them and make sure that you don't lie to your customers.

Anger to lean
takes initiative and works well without supervision handles pressure and copes well in time-deadlines. Willing to lean and expand skills, knowledge base proficient in English( Reading, writing and communicating) good in computer literate. Good experience
I have worked at this company for 4years and i have learned a lot, and only this fourth year was i promised to be promoted and while on the training proccess i got the opportunity to learn quite a lot, because i was more like a manager making sure that business went smooth at the period that we didnt have a store manager there for i had to make sure that staff does as company policies and procedure requires therefor i would love to say i have learned all that was to learn in the company, i knew the ins and outs of that company.And funny enough while i was standing in for the manager the stuff gave me so much support which i never expected.

Great work independently and with a dedicated team of professionals.
From start to finish ( however late) I'm stuck in as there is no time to waste, start with admin then dispatch followed by receiving and then warehouse and back to the office to complete daily reports which must be sent the following day to senior management. I have earned my respect from my staff as they have bought into my methods of work and it works for them keeping in line with company policies and procedures. I have learnt that nothing is planned as you would like as this industry has proven that everyday is not the same and different challenges are what we deal with daily. Knowing that I can get the job done no matter what the challenges are is what I enjoy here.
Pros: Great staffing, friendly environment, always kept busy, easy systems to work with.

I have experience in admin ,reception,stock and management
I have worked In house and home for the past 3 and a half years. I have gained experienced in admin stock reception and management. I am a Hp clerk. I do all the admin work , I also do cashing and reception. And I also receive and dispatch stock from suppliers and customers. I have experience in management i do our company's stationary ordiers , monthly income statements,weekly banking and expense invoice returns . I also assist when management and supervisor are not in. Working at house and home is a very nice place to gain experience but you also need to go up in life and have a team spirit . Everyone wants to grow in a company and become a better person .

Excellent on office support
Answering telephone, customer service, customer complaints, computer literacy, banking, cash upping,filling, invoices, reporting to manager everyday with all the updates of the complaints & customer service, receiving stock, controlling stock that comes in & out, a team worker & a team leader, I've learned a lot from this company especially admin work they've make me an excellent person, good communication with clients & a good relationship with ur clients & colleagues. As I've enjoyed working as a customer service clerk & team leader. My most challenging job was when I have to report to the big bosses e.g RAM & OPS manager because is not easy to communicate with them without having relevant information & answers to them, I have to come up with FACTS before challenging them.
