Good company to work for.

I always have a daily targets the relationship I have with my co-workers is good I learn that we all have our differences and different gifts I enjoy working with my current company because after all you get remuneration for all the good work u’ve done and the effort that u brought in reaching all my daily duties, the most challenging aspects is converting every customer two enters the shop to a sale.

Excellent learning curve

prepared me to be able to to work and communicate with other people, work under pressure and to have presentation skills and time management. I was fortunate to volunteer at the old age home that is based in Parow Cape Town where I was the leader of the group that cooked, cleaned and entertained the old people. I found it rewarding, humbling and it felt good to give time to something worthwhile. This experience stood out as one of the best.

Pros: 2 lunch breaks

Room for growth

Lilltle support from management. Too much bee staff.. No yearly bonuses from management. lhigh staff turnover. Low salary. No support from senior management level. Similar queries all the time which can be avoided if proper information isshould be applicable.

Pros: Great opportunity for griwth
Cons: No transport for late shift

No communication within the company

The one company that I have worked for that does not care of its employees, every department is the same, position within the company unfair hiring process.

Pros: No growth, you must be related to someone for you to grow

My Work place & second home

We're four star hotel that has 38 rooms & two restaurants, so I work between the two & Roomservice, we're a team & we always help each other the aim is to keep the guest happy ,we also have long stays & regular guest that we already know by name, we always love to come to work cause we laugh together & joke around alot but all work gets done on time on trip advisor were number 37 & have alot or great reviews as we deliver outstanding service and our guests are always happy & love coming back to their second home they become like family & were also one big family

Pros: You get to meet new guest everyday & get to make alot of tips, you also have room to grow in the industry & get promoted depending on how you willing to push yourself as a person but it really pays off at the end of the day
Cons: Long working hours it's not the normal 9/5job or office hours, you work on public holidays &weekands &your on your feet all day

Excellent communication skills

I am a ho getter and like to explore within my career. I started living my dream as a post matric just to make sure this field will keep me excited as I love working with people and are very much of a chatterbox. I started as an intern at the Department of Economic Development and Tourism(2013-2014) Where I did consumer education and marketing in the Office of the Consumer Protector. Thereafter I went to College of Cape Townwhere I studied Business Management and Accounting (2014). During my internship and college years I did my own small business at home which is still going strong. In 2015 I started as a telemarketing agent at Homechoice where I did sales,work with daily,Weekly and monthly targets selling the Homechoice brand.

Hard worker, self motivated

What job entails, is to call customers whose account are in arrears, explain to them the importance of paying the account, have good relationship with them by listening pay attebyion to details and give them the best customer service which is important to customers, and hence we focused on bedding and blankets, clothes, household things if the customer is not happy we also explain what process she he must go through.

I am an a sales target driven personb who goes an extramile to make sure job is done.

I work in a call centre environment that's very loud as it's outbound, it's vibey .we work under supervision as a team of 11. its a multi skilled role we work on daily targets . I do my target and also have to meet team target. I learnt that customers do not really buy your product but buy you the seller so treat each call as it was your last. its challenging because not everyday is the same not all customers are the same.

Growth

I love growing as an individual and doing what I am employed for, I love challenges and working hard. I like to be challenged by an employer and learning more things from other departments as well for a better tomorrow.working with different people and serving different customers is my inspiration. Having something new to do everyday with a lot of help.

Great learning curve

A typical work day a word that would describe it is unpredictable. We work in fast paced, high energy environment. We focus on sales targets and deal with customer query every hour on the hour

Pros: There is definitley stability and growth
Cons: Working public holidays and saturdays.
