My job is good and you have to respect customers because I talk with lots of people
I work for eight hours a day starting from 8-18 hours and sometimes you find that day is rough and busy and I find my self in under a lot pressure. It nice to work with them unfortunately they place me in Boxer superstore and I worked alone what I've learned is that I have to be patient to the customer, I enjoyed working there there is no one who supervised me I am my own boss and I have to be brave to work alone

Hard worker
working at Hollywood bets is all about -Teamwork -Customer service -having good communication skills -being very helpful -having positive energy -sell the product with confidence -understanding of product The most challenging thing I have faced at work is -not reacting a certain target for the day due to people not wanting to know about the product -negative energy from the team and having to calm it down and motivate the team so that we can reach our target next time -miscommunication from the team what I have enjoyed the most about Hollywood bets is -having to be in a great team -teamwork -the team making the most of it in the workplace.

Big chances of learning
Crediting client's account, authorising withdrawals for branches and taking queries from clients through phone and email. My relationship with my colleagues is good as our work depends on one another. I enjoy working with clients an I've learnt how to keep the customer satisfied.

Excellent in fast learning good listener and I don't give up in anything I do till I get a solution
I have more then 1year experience of working with people with different problems and I make sure I give the customers time and let them leave with a clear understanding of they problems

Excellent customer service and learning curve
The relationship with colleagues is amazing we get along well enough. The team work is great getting to learn new things and sharing ideas from different people and with positive mindset. Everyday I learn new things for example how to control and manage the customer's anger. Dealing with people is challenging but it manageable having to learn the different attitude of each person. Working at Hollywoodbets is great it gives excellent experience in working with people and teaches me how to handle cash and be responsible for any activity that I do. What I enjoy the most is when the team members are selected to participate in the sport events for example comrades marathon. Given a chance to prove and participate in sports events that on its own boosts the energy and interest in the working environment. I get to learn different cultures. It gives me a chance to prove my abilities and skills by giving me that kind of opportunity

A fast paced organisation that is continuously aiming to change its Processes to meet the ever changing demands of the workforce and business operations, continuously ensuring compliance with company policies and company values, continuously apply code of conduct consistently and fairly, continuously performance manage employees- review PR's and analyse and identify potential Team leaders/Branch managers- continuous interviews to find candidate that suit the culture of the organisation. travelling to the branches and engaging with all the employees.

Excellent learning curve
Here i am responsible employees register and making sure that all customer feel happy and get what they want at the correct time. I am the one who manage the availability of product that the company offer and solve complex customers problems. To be in this role it help me to learn alot in dealing with different issues everyday. That make even my career grow each an everyday in customer service.
