Working in an environment like Hollywood was Very exciting filled with laughter and joy.We usually get along with eachother especially helping our knew agents who have some difficulties with our clients.That company taught me alot especially with customer service as within we deal with some very frustrated clients who use big amounts of money gambling...

What i learned about the company
Long hours on the road visiting clients at outlets and managing promoters plus minus 15 that are all based at different outlets. the job description changes any time. the bonus structure when you are performing well changes at any time. You are on the road everyday but you do not have medical aid or any other benefits. and you pay for any damages to the car even a tire. you need to review your employment contracts fully before signing and making sure you know what you are getting yourself in to. we work with great people but the way the company is structured and the fact that there are no benefits. And even when it comes to your incentives things can change anytime when you are doing very well in some areas. just so your incentive won't be high.
Pros: flexible working hours
Cons: long working hours, no benefits,you pay for any damages to your vehicle even if it is not your fault.

Great experience
you learn so much about clients and you get to own a call while you let them think they are the main option ,but the most amazing thing is giving the client information about your product and hearing the response i want it at the end.

Learning experience
The job itself is good. Lot of admin work and capturing of data, answering calls, but the money is too little. The most challenging part of the job is dealing with clients over the phone they can be very impatient and rude. I have improved on my data capturing skills and listening skills. My co-workers and I have a good working relationship.

Communication skills
I've learnt to work under pressure. It was good although sometimes our team leaders were talking anyhow with us. I enjoyed traveling and satisfying the clients. What was challenging it where by a client comes and a complain and shouting at you.

This company is great, good for growth and also learning new things, you are not limited.
Working here is very exciting, you will never know what to expect as its marketing and that is thrilling, I work with different people meaning different characters of which is challenging but great as we learn a lot of things from each other, I enjoy being on the field, doing promotions, attending soccer tournament and also boosting sales for the store The hardest part is meeting a daily target as it depends on where you are for that day and the expected number of registration, but we always pull through because we work as a team.

Cons: No time to knock off as i ' m often on the road, long hours

Customer services
Working at Hollywood bets as a deposit agent is very challenging due to the fact that we basically give the administration clerks the authority to pay out the winning tickes or the winnings for the punter that they won during the bets,we have to be accurate and very focus that we make sure that the personal details for punter are correct and we pay out the excect amount.

Hollywood bets is a good and welcoming company with excellent growth opportunies for a hard working individual whom applies accountability and delivers results beyond obstactles. The environment is friendly enough that you feel welcomed and part of the company and engage to fun and exciting activities within the company and across many departments as well. My job is good and you have to respect customers because I talk with lots of people
I work for eight hours a day starting from 8-18 hours and sometimes you find that day is rough and busy and I find my self in under a lot pressure. It nice to work with them unfortunately they place me in Boxer superstore and I worked alone what I've learned is that I have to be patient to the customer, I enjoyed working there there is no one who supervised me I am my own boss and I have to be brave to work alone

Not excellent curve
Well it a good industry but they dnt want to pay otherwise everything is cool the hours and customer service is excellent.we expeted to do so much work without complaining and yet they pay us peanut.and yes they are lot of promotion in the company.even though i havent got the chance yet but i do see progress.
