Manage and maintain the MD’s diary and email account Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments Organise inbound emails into the appropriate folders and any relevant information to be copied into the correct file on the hard drive Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc. and troubleshooting problems Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings between him and his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the MD match his requirements

Great
I’m a good motivator to my staff. I’m always the first in and the last out. I work very hard to achieve results. I love spending my time reading, watching soccer and spending time with my family. I love traveling. I love general news. I’m a father of a wonderful son. I’m based in JHB.

Determine to learn and go the extra mile always.
It's a diversity company that gives you a chance to grow only if you are willing and the is space. Typical day at work is to push push and make sure you do go that extra mile and give help and credit where it's due.
Pros: Room for improvements if the is a chance.

Great learning curve
Great company to work for with a lot of wellness towards employees.... it has it's cons in regards with limited growth potential and the continuous change of incentive remuneration from month to month or in a two month gap from time to time. The environment is amazingly friendly and fun yet professional at the same time. Flexibility towards servicing clients another element that makes ones duties more easier to perform. The products are of a clear, fair and affordable nature for clients whilst also catering for high end clients with benefits that would suit their needs at a reasonable cost. Great company all in all except the office politics and limited growth potential.

Great learning curve for me
This was my first job as sales rep, I have learnt to be more kinder, understanding more difficult personalities of people. Where I had to sell products that are so essential to people who are less caring for themselves I had to convince motivate and show the importance of the product to clience, with joy because I love challenging job. I have grown and have knowledge about people's attitudes that I never knew before though I'm a people's person so working there was a great achievement to me I worked with a team that was pushing and challenging, the working conditions fine..

Excellent learning curve
A company to work for with lots of opportunities, my relationship with co-workers it was fantastic a priceless moment the actually became a family, what I have learned is that never limit yourself because you feel like it's ok where you are, more opportunities arising utilize them, what I enjoyed most is that Hollard balance work and personal life, for example I don't work on weekends and holidays, December I'm closing till the following year that's awesome, whats more challenging is to convince someone who doesn't trust you over the phone, but you learn to convince them try to make whatever you selling to be a need to them.

Im currently a Sales professional at Hollard car and home insurance. I have good communication skills, flexible person, dedicated and I always do my job and exceed what is required enjoy working with people and learning new things. I’m self-motivated and hard working and always go extra mile in every task i am given. I am willing to learn new things and am a fast learner. I am eligible for the mentioned position,I motivate my team members from junior to senior and to also achieve their targets. My skills have improved from assisting and volunteering to assist the team whenever necessary. Therefore i believe that i am the appropriate candidate with the right skills for the position and will add value should my application be considered.

Different system
Allocation Relationship with colleagues is so outstanding I have learnt so much Hollard and their deadline The management is very supportive even if you don't understand they help you....i liked being there

Professional fsp. Providing intermidiery and insurance products.
Reviewing of previous days performance. Forecast required performance to make profit. Motivate staff and external urgent by setting daily targets to meet required target for the month. Review individual performance indicators and do coaching, follow up coaching to improve performance and focus on achieving intended goal.
