You learn alot about the entire spectrum of finance. Management is accommodating and willing to listen for new ideas. It is fast paced with constant deadlines. Company is grwing.

Extenal sales

48 hours per week and one day off during the weekend. my relationship with my co-workers is excellent and we all understand each other. learnt how to deal with prospective clients and I can easily build a relationship. I enjoy working as a sales rep because I meet new and interesting people everyday of my life and the challenging part about my job is that I deal with a lot of individuals in a daily basis with different queries and my clientele is ever increasing in a daily basis.

Pros: Amazing working envirnmonent.
Cons: long working hours if i am behind my sales taget.

Great opportunity to learn

At the company you learn how to work with different people and getting to deal with different client and you have to be patient at all times. The co-workers are good to work with and they treat each other like family and they are always there for you in the time of need. The challenges of the work is meeting difficult or ruse client and you have to be professional at all times to get a good referral that will boost your reputation

It’s so nice at the same time challenging to be a sales man

most challenging part is when I have to change someone’s mind to do what he nor she wasn’t planned to and I have learnt that you have to be calm when you working with people

Excellent learning curve, Great opportunities for personal growth

Work environment was fantastic Co-workers welcomed me well on first day Typical work day includes cold calling, promoting company products etc What love the most is the the amount of support you get from the team, they want everyone to succeed. Most challenging aspects of the job would have to be having to work long hours Mon-Sunday and not get paid for the hard work and spirit u put in.

Excellent foundation

It's still a growing company there fore your department deals with a lot of work, which is an excellent and tough foundation. I have learnt more than enough in the administration department. It's challenging sometimes. Relationship with fellow employees is strictly professional.

Excellent working curve

My typical day at work would be that when we arrive we plan out or make a game plan on how to make sales for that day and our targets. I have a very good working relationship with my co-workers, we respect each other and motivate one another. I have learnt how to close sales, how to approach customers, how to make sure that the customer gets comfortable with you and the key characteristics of a sales person. What I enjoy the most is interacting with people each time I approach people and the environment. The most challenging apsects of the job is when you meet the most difficult customers who refuse to listen to what you are selling to them.

Working at Gym company was great

SCompany was great cause they paidus But we failced a lot of challenges when there is scarcity of clients WorkCompany taughtus a lot like working as a teamo so

It's a good company nice to work at though I would love to earn a steady income the staff is cool we have our ups and downs though change is needed and it begins with the person facing the matter
