I am not enjoying working there that is why I am looking for a better job

The challenges of working there is that if I don't get any customers I don't get paid and transport is expensive these days, also the long working hours are just too much

Matured,honest,responsible and commited

The day that most typical it Monday because everyone they from weekends,so they are very tired and do not want to train hard,but my self and them we are very close and even share our personal issues,the thing that ave just learn there is that,be very positive with what u are doing know your story before you get to a class with them.the thing i enjoy the most,is to teach them something new.the challenges are that sometimes there is too much pressure.

Great opportunity to learn

At the company you learn how to work with different people and getting to deal with different client and you have to be patient at all times. The co-workers are good to work with and they treat each other like family and they are always there for you in the time of need. The challenges of the work is meeting difficult or ruse client and you have to be professional at all times to get a good referral that will boost your reputation

A great opportunity given as Admin Manager, my leadership skills have grown

It it a company with with opportunities and growth if you are a dedicated employee you will grow within a company in a very short time. It is a world known company and customer service is very important for all the clients. Management is firm and they are hands on when it comes to Junior level employees, I get along with colleagues. I have enjoyed the atmosphere as the clients are very energetic and friendly, although some days at the Admin department it is very busy and I always Prioritize my workload. The challenges I have faced is getting difficult clients but I have managed to sort their queries within a day or two as I have to send it to the Head group.

Good entry level experience

Gym Company is a good place to build experience. The disadvantage is that it is under paying and only based on commission. The management does not consider their does team as prominent. I am looking for growth and sustainability and currently the is none within the company

No excellent customer service nor caretecy

Fun environment but no team work, most people are too comfortable don't take things seriously it like they don't knw about customer service. No health and safety knowledge within the company nor staff members I feel like customers are not as safe as they should be.

Pros: Well I might say it a good company but management is not knowladgable about how to deal with customers needs nd expectation it like money is what they care about
Cons: Not at all 6hour per day

Excellent learning curve

I have learned how to be a leader, a typical day at work would be when I'm working on a deadline even though I had a very good relationship with my co-workers. What I have enjoyed the most is when I got challenges that I had to resolve at the of the business so that our members are always happy.

I enjoy working in a fast paced environment

It's a great company.. The environment is very good and the atmosphere is perfect..I'm absorbing new skills, easy to work as a team and alone, Dealing with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.. I work under pressure with ethics and rules
