Good team work, and opportunity to become acquitted with the company management
i learn to be responsible for my work and also learn to be self motivated, the more i get chance to be on my own that where i gain confidence. working with team bring more confidence and able me to think rational.A s a sales consultancy i m learning every day new strategy of approaching people in order to convert them in prospective clients. The time i spend my time among-st the group of people its become easy for me to manage the conflict within the group and the clients. Because the mutual understanding among st us is in high position. in the work place you need to treat people good and respect everyone,i enjoy to do my work appropriately.its become difficult if im struggling to reach my target as the cut off is near.
Pros: i have push to my best in order to get the promotion
Cons: long-working hours is my responsibility as i suppose to reach my target

Excellent learning curve
i work everyday and i have a good relationship with my coleaques nd i hhave learned a lot from them what i enjoy is that there is a competition that we do evryday.

Opportunities all the time
I learn everyday. It never stops. My job was never just about managing but training staff most of the time, all levels. Train the managers to manage Train to do HR Train to do sales and retail Train customer service Train etiquette on how to behave and deal with clients and their staff. Train them to train members to do fitness classes. I did it all and made me stronger and more diligent in what I do and portray. I thought that my job would be a walk in the park but had challenge all the time. Procedures and policies was constantly put in place to get a blue print that clear and smooth running. I sometimes take more time and more work depending on your goals and deadlines. Love to Manage and Teaching
Pros: Tuff go work with staff different age groups - Millenians and Baby boomers. They have different ways of seeing things and situations therefore you need to handle them completely different
Cons: Long hours and patience. But with goals and breaking your priorities in small pieces you will get the job done

I've learnt a lot to work,manage,and make sure that i grow a business
I was working day shift and make sure that all departments perform their duties and over achieve.I had a good relationship with co-workers and work professional.I've learnt that people are not the same and I need to make sure that I stick to company policies.I have enjoyed when i see them growing in business.Challenge was absenteeism after pay day.

Peoples health is a priority
The company that I m currently working for has molded me to become what I am today i joined the Gym Company Shortly after Matriculating i have since been working there i understand what efforts and energy it takes to be operating in a wellness and fitness center.I enjoyed seeing people walking into the Gym with very low self esteem and then 6 months down the line being the most confident person to hit planet earth.

I have learn to always understand the customer's needs before you offer him any package
I have learn to work under pressure and I have learn to be patient with difficult customers.we deal with existing costumers and new customers and I have learn to follow up with my clients to see if they where happy with our service and what I enjoy most is interacting with customers and the most challenging aspect of the job is to guide the to take the right package depending on his needs and we also work very long hours which is fine with me
Pros: I worked at the company for more than eight year and they regard me as one of the best employees because I always think out of the box and the effort with I always put when handling costumers queries and the way I work with my colleagues is very healthy
Cons: With my industry we always work long hours because we always aim to be on line with our target.

Not much growth and no support from the higher staff
I have learnt more about customer service, how to handle difficult members, most of all how to make money for myself by being self motivated to collect and reach my target every month.

Excellent learning curve
Every day is routine working environment where I know on what to prioritise to meet the deadlines after that I will do what I normally do every day when it comes to work I believe that I am also a good team member I have learnt to respect co-worker regardless of their position and treat or manage each every staff differently, also I have learnt to lead the team in a right way when things are falling I pride myself on and have consciously developed my interpersonal skills. While enjoy taking the initiative It’s when I see my plans being executed and working to give back the result To work under pressure
