Working at Gud holdings has taught me to be very produxtion driven as well as strategic driven. The company haz taught me to focus on both aspects od the industry . Being production focused as well as strategic focused. I worked with all types of people and its taught me to be diversified. I am a team player and work well with people. I strongly believe i am a motivational person and can mix up with all types of people. Xhallenging aspects would be who to please first cause everybodies requests are important.

Exelent when it comes to learning and explore and grow in knowledge

I'm a well experience personal when it comes to production and a very good background reputation as well as pressure handling .I have a good communication skill as well.

on my current position, I have learned to work under pressure, I do my duties in time and I can work with other workers without any problem I am up for any challenges and I have got I good communication with my co-workers

Great opportunity in understanding the filtration environment

Running of the line, which means line stop during lunch and tea break only, Good relationship which is contributed by being easy with people but very hard on standards, using almost ten components to make one filter was a great learning experience and enjoyment. most challenging is that ones one or two components are assembled, and found not to be conforming means all go for reject as the dispensing is used to put together components.

Building of experiance

Very busy company with hundreds of creditors and very tight deadlines Co-workers are very helpful and willing to assist Learned to work with a great team and asked for assistance when needed and not doing all by yourself. Enjoyed the professional work environment. The most challenging aspect of the job is the huge volumes and tight deadlines

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is always hectic, always dealing with claim and coordinating inventory. My relationship with co-workers is very good. I have learnt a lot on this job, I never thought I could be a quality controller, but look where I am now. I enjoy working with people who are analytic, and focus on getting the job done then talking about doing the job. Most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with customer returns.

Multi work for small salaries, no benefits,using too old machines.what I enjoy most at there's nothing I enjoyed most at gud holdings actual production workers, stores, and forklift/reach truck they not happy
