My relationship with my co-workers are grEat. We get along very well.Its just the work I do is very hard,tiring and very unsafe for the little money we earn.The shifts are tiring .But I always try being optimistic. I am thankful for the job,but i cannot see myself growing and moving forward in this company.
Pros: I get to gain some work experience,since its my first job after ive gratuated from college
Cons: Very tiring and hard work which leave my body paining at the end of each day

STEP UP IN TERMS OF GROWTH
A very "Old School" type top management - thus not much thinking out the box in regard to my position, very much rated as per the band of employment you are employed at. Relationship with top management as an Exec assistant is distant, and not conducive to doing my job to its full potential, its very much "yes Sir or no Sir" no questions asked, or you are humiliated. I have learnt structure, although I personally thrive on building relationships in the workplace and working as a team.
Pros: Good Salary
Cons: No growth, no security in terms of loyalty from immediate superiors

Carry out all planned maintenance schedules . efficient and effective repair all plant and machinery. Attend to all breakdowns and conduct repairs assist in commissioning of new equipment.

Good experience
Working with people is my best of tpart that I love about my work. The communicate with my co-workers make my work easier than I thought. I have learned to work with people and respect them as much as I need to be respected. The most challenging part is when we have orders and receiving the stock and all that are over our capacity or daily target but with my colleagues we make it happen by standing together to make our customers happy.
Pros: There is a limitations when coming to promotions especially for the warehouse people. The company is more on production than warehousing.

Activity regarding Sla findings. production driven and hands on regarding product knowledge
Working at Gud holdings has taught me to be very produxtion driven as well as strategic driven. The company haz taught me to focus on both aspects od the industry . Being production focused as well as strategic focused. I worked with all types of people and its taught me to be diversified. I am a team player and work well with people. I strongly believe i am a motivational person and can mix up with all types of people. Xhallenging aspects would be who to please first cause everybodies requests are important.
