My relationship with my co-workers are grEat. We get along very well.Its just the work I do is very hard,tiring and very unsafe for the little money we earn.The shifts are tiring .But I always try being optimistic. I am thankful for the job,but i cannot see myself growing and moving forward in this company.
Pros: I get to gain some work experience,since its my first job after ive gratuated from college
Cons: Very tiring and hard work which leave my body paining at the end of each day

Activity regarding Sla findings. production driven and hands on regarding product knowledge
Working at Gud holdings has taught me to be very produxtion driven as well as strategic driven. The company haz taught me to focus on both aspects od the industry . Being production focused as well as strategic focused. I worked with all types of people and its taught me to be diversified. I am a team player and work well with people. I strongly believe i am a motivational person and can mix up with all types of people. Xhallenging aspects would be who to please first cause everybodies requests are important.

Good experience
Working with people is my best of tpart that I love about my work. The communicate with my co-workers make my work easier than I thought. I have learned to work with people and respect them as much as I need to be respected. The most challenging part is when we have orders and receiving the stock and all that are over our capacity or daily target but with my colleagues we make it happen by standing together to make our customers happy.
Pros: There is a limitations when coming to promotions especially for the warehouse people. The company is more on production than warehousing.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day is always hectic, always dealing with claim and coordinating inventory. My relationship with co-workers is very good. I have learnt a lot on this job, I never thought I could be a quality controller, but look where I am now. I enjoy working with people who are analytic, and focus on getting the job done then talking about doing the job. Most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with customer returns.

Building of experiance
Very busy company with hundreds of creditors and very tight deadlines Co-workers are very helpful and willing to assist Learned to work with a great team and asked for assistance when needed and not doing all by yourself. Enjoyed the professional work environment. The most challenging aspect of the job is the huge volumes and tight deadlines

Growing within the company
Fridays are very short but need to do everything like a normal day. Our relationship is good but workers tend to abuse that teamwork. Never underestimate yourself and co-workers. Seeing all the plans of the day being fulfilled. When stocks are not balancing(its hectic)
