For beginners, its a good start at Fresmark. Fresh journey into the world of employment. Work flow of company consistant Somewhat unfair towards some departments

No scope for promotion
Conservative management style with no personal interaction from management Working hours are strictly manage for admin staff and clocking system for all except for management

Excellent learning experience
I as a warehouse QC and a supervisor, I learned a lot at Freshmark, inventory, Quality, stock rotation, stock control and stock count in deference categories

To get to learn problem solving in different situations
Working for Freshmark is actually great I learn a lot , especially because I work with different teams as a supervisor.I I have a very good relationship with the stuff, it's actually great.

We just work as a team and do the job of a day to reach our target
We pick/pack and clean as we go some times we work hard during busy time So some times we just work hard to clear the stork and put the new stock in a good condition as we deal with a good and fresh quality
Pros: Yes because now i have 7years working experience
Cons: Yes we just work 7 to 7 untill i reach ky target of a day
