Excellent learning place.

Dear Hiring Manager, I have been working for Freshmark for eight years now. I have started working as General assist, got promoted after ten months as assistance buyer, and also worked as data capturing clerk and administration clerk. Currently I work at finance department as an account clerk. We are a very good term and we are always there for each other. I believe that we go extra miles to achieve the goals and vision of our company. We have never failed any task or miss a dead line.

Pros: The is growth and possibility promotion.

Excellent to learn everything at work

I want to get an a experience in the work environment so that other time I can make my own business I have got an family to support and at my family I'm the only one who's an elder my brothers and my sister are strangling there in Eastern cape I have to do anything to make them feel like there is nothing is wrong.

It was nice working there did learn a lot there

I did learn there a lot did accept new challenges make a lot of friends also was nice working there for so a big retail company I did enjoy myself there

Willing to learn and work hard

I made a mistake of saying I worked in pick n pay , I thought is where I want to work.but I can prove that I've worked in freshmark for 1 year six month

Excellent learning curve

The company was a learning curve as it was the first time for me working as a cleaner especially cleaning the offices is a big deal because you must know how to use different chemicals to disinfect. It was a great experience working for the company because is better than not employed and even other employees in the company they were friendly and helpfully.that was a good company to work with. Thank you

Largest retail company in Africa

It is an disruption center for all shoprite group shops around Africa. Freshmark deals with fruits and vegetables and. Is a very fast working environment that operates seven days a week.

It a good introduction to the agriculture world

Freshmark company is distributor to checkers nd shoprite stores it distribute all kinds of different fruit nd vegetables some prepacks are made in side the pack house in production departments like bulk banana,fruit mixed,ginger nd kiwi etc ,it very challenging working for the company because you have work all public holidays nd work Monday to Saturday with only one day off a month .it interesting to work for the company because you learn different types of fruit nd their different names like apples are divided into 6 the is granny Smith,golden delicious,starking,top red,fugi,crisp red nd crisp pink.I have acquired alot from this company the workers are amazing nd work very hard.

Challenging aspects of my job

For beginners, its a good start at Fresmark. Fresh journey into the world of employment. Work flow of company consistant Somewhat unfair towards some departments
