Excellent learning curve of operations dynamics in organisations of different sizes and sectors

I typically work with members of client management teams and have certain extent of engagement with frontline workers, depending on the terms of reference for consultancy work. I enjoy learning new ways of streamlining business operations, identifying innovative ways of creating value for customers and employees alike and leveraging collective employee skills to boost competitiveness of client organisations. I greatly enjoying learning from seasoned business managers and executives - the mentorship value is immense.

The present leading to the future

I'm personable character, a recovering know it all who is challenged who writes like poet to self correct. The work space has to be comfortable and enjoyable place. I want to absorb all that I especially about the business because it will serve my future ambition to become your boss.

Wonderful company but in a tough industry

The company I work for is in the business of selling framed pictures. This is a tough industry but I have been driving for this company for a long time. Due to the nature of business, it has been challenging because of our economy. I'm a family man and very loyal so I need a stable income.

Pros: I love travelling and meeting people on my daily duties
Cons: Working on commission sometimes means no income for my family

Good learning experience

Good I have had lots of opportunities working on set and have had the opportunity to gain experience every day. My boss is good to work with and it is great to be able to be in an industry I love so much.
