Exceellent company to work for
It was great journey working at FPD I have learned to be patient with people since people are different and also learned different computer systems as i worked as IT intern, where i used to engage with everyone in groups or one by one in their offices though sometims you will find the have a bad day it might happen that he/she took it on you and after a year i worked as data capture in the same company but hosted by department of health where i was a data capture until i was retreched on 31 july 2018.
Pros: Great in people health
Cons: There was lot of work in a short time

Hard but its excellent learning curve and a good experience.
its a very nice place to work,we work as a group.all workers around here are welcoming and helping there is no one duty working together as a team is outstanding..,I have learned to be independant when iam doing my job. The have good management team we meet them every month end.Open plan enviroment where you learn more charactors. Where i have 30 files to capture and prepare files for the new courses.and i am multi tasking doing some of admin duties and data capture duties.
Pros: good opportunity to gain experience and learn.
Cons: 8 hours working per day.,Monday to Friday

Productivity, professionalism
I work , I am professional ,I deliver on time I am professional and panctual.I have people management skills, I work well with co-workers and always apply fair share of team work. I have learnt that positive attifdue will tak esomeone far, as i have experienced it . I enjoy new challenges and new task and share success stories in the work place. Most challenging aspects is bad communicaton in the work space

Great learning curve
I work 40 hours a week which is from Monday to Friday from 07:00am to 15:00pm and I have a great relationship with my coworkers and I have learnt that respect, love and communication is the most important aspect in the working environment and challenging part of the job is when u do not have adequate resources to use for quality purpose.
Pros: Good opportunity for promotion.

Management overworking staff
I enjoy working for fpd it's just that I'm a nurse and I do other things that is not in my job description e.g driving, arranging for a new office. Working in other provinces and they don't pay you for that
